My experience at Hutchings was excellent from stepping into the showroom I was greeted by Mr Bradley Forrest who showed me around the cars and explained everything to me , he had so much patience and made me feel comfortable I then chose my car with the help of Bradley Forrest .He went whent a above and beyond , showing me all around the car ,then came with me for a test drive,Telling every thing about the car And all the functions. Mr Forrest was very helpful from start to finish, and was there also to hand over he was very professional at all times the car is amazing and. As Mr Forrest amazing car for the money. Matt Larner is an excellent knowledgeable salesperson who I found very patient and supportive whilst I test drove and purchased my Hyundai i20. He talked me through the finances and managing the insurance as well as the maintenance of the vehicle. His passion and enthusiasm for the company was evident throughout which gave me confidence to purchase my vehicle. I would highly recommend!

Im quite a picky person and everything has to be perfect for me so im always quite demanding.several of my friends and family have bought cars from hutchings hyundai swansea and they've all been impressed with the cars themselves and the service that they've provided so when I bought my new i20 I wanted to see how good the service was...I could not fault the service one bit.i must have rang about 15 times asking different questions about the car and every time I was answered with a professional manner and they told me what I needed to know every time. Special mention to Sophie for being so patient with my self.well done guys....and my car is lovely also

2022 Ioniq 38kWh recent yearly service, software recall update and MOT all carried out in the 2 hours they quoted. Staff all very pleasant and helpful at all times. The waiting area is comfortable and the free coffee is very good.
All in all a good experience.

I bought my Hyundai Tucson from Hutchings in Swansea in September 2024 and I was impressed by the level of follow up to my initial enquiry. The salesman Mark was interested in me and also keen to secure the business but didn’t pressurise me at any point.
Subsequently I have taken my car in for two annual services and found the service desk helpful and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in purchasing my next car from them.

Efficient, friendly service. No complaints.

Myself and my wife decided to change our car and was advised to go for a Hyundai, so we decided to call in Hutchings Garage in Swansea. As we walked in we were greeted by a Salesman called Bradley Forest who was very polite and asked us what we were looking for. As we weren’t sure he showed us a few & took them out for a test drive. After we tried some out we were still not sure what we wanted. Bradley showed us another car which was a Hyundai Kona, took it out & we knew that this was the car for us. Went through the paperwork & Bradley was very helpful in every way. As the car was recalled for an update we decided to service the car at the same time. We dealt with a gentleman named Nigel Hidden which again did all the necessary paperwork involved with the Service. This person again was very helpful and polite.once they had finished the work in the garage the car was returned in immaculate condition. We were very happy customers. Would highly recommend Hutchings of Swansea for their polite and helpful staff in many ways.
