Received amazing service from the very approachable and friendly Bradley Forest at Hutchings Swansea. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and so helpful and informative when we were looking for our new car. Nothing was too much trouble and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Dean was really helpful. I explained what I needed and he was very honest about the car I was potentially looking at which wouldn't have been the best option for me so he showed me others within my price range. He kept in touch for rest drives and there was no pressure to commit to anything

I have had my Hyundai Tucson for a couple of years, I have always had it serviced at Hutchings Hyundai for the last couple of years, the servicing department Paul Bryer and team were always helpful and friendly.
I decided to buy a brand new Hyundai last September and went to see Philip Davies who was extremely helpful, as we needed to be able to put my husband’s wheelchair in the boot with ease, he helped us decide the best car that suited our needs. We came away with a Hyundai Bayon, extremely pleased with it. We had a very good deal trading in our Tucson and the price of a new Bayon was very competitive. Booked my car in first its first service, fortunately I was offered a Hyundai Service Plan when I bought my car, the monthly payments are reasonable and once the car was serviced, there was no worry of paying the bill, just collected the car and drove home.

Super experience and 2nd car from Swansea in 4 months, they provided the best deals for my wife and I and well worth the travel - 400 mile round trip. Stef the manager is so attentive and will try and beat any deal you have. I’ve had a 6N and my wife a Santa Fe; great deals by Stef. Brad covered our recent handover and was excellent, kept us updated and very welcoming, spending plenty of time to show my wife all the features of the car. My wife wanted a very specific model and colour combo (which I couldn’t source via other leasing companies) and the team in Swansea had it sorted and delivered in just over 2 weeks! Overall, great garage to deal with.

We have recently purchased a Tucson from Hutchings ,Bradley and the team were so helpful from the time we entered the showroom to driving out with our new vehicle. No pushy sales,just professional,kind and knowledgeable about every aspect of the car , we would recommend Hutchings to anyone wanting to purchase a new car, Thank you Bradley and team for all of your help.

Sales team effectively matched our requirements for a newer car to a used n line Tucson. The car was suitable in every way. Purchase price was negotiated quickly and fairly. When I needed part numbers, I contacted Hyundai helpline. They responded by e-mail at end of the day with the information. Before they responded Hutchings rang me; being prompted by Hyundai helpline. They gave me part numbers but unfortunately wrong ones. Anyone can make a mistake

My previous experience with Hyundai helpline was very poor. When the 12v battery failed under warranty the Kilgetty garage; who are now no longer a franchise, replaced it. Approxiamately a year later (out of warranty) the car failed to start due to a flat battery. When I investigated I found the negative terminal was hand tight and could be lifted off without tools. The clamp had clearly never been tight. Station garage at Kilgetty were not interested. The battery had clearly never been charged properly.
I then rang the Hyundai helpline to see if they would honour the poor work done by the then franchisee which was carried out within the warranty period. I ended up replacing the 12v battery at my own expense when Hyundai should have stepped up and at least paid for the battery. They weren't interested either. I won't be touching Hyundai again.
Added to this when I bought the car at a year old from the Coventry branch the underguards were missing. I only knew this when the Kilgetty garage on its 2nd service with them told me. When I asked them why they didn't notice and report it on the 1st service with them, they said why would we notice it, we don't look under cars on that service. Of course it was so long after the purchase that I reported it to the Coventy branch that they were not interested either.
It seems to me when it is blatently obvious a Hyundai garage is at fault they just deny any responsibility. The car is a Kona 64Kwh ev.
