I was very impressed how little time it took for the service (5years) and the replacement onscreen unit under warranty.

I made the mistake of buying a car from Cinch, within days problems had developed and they gave me a list of garages I could use. I chose Hutchings. I had never used them before but what a pleasure they are. Helpful and kept me up to date from the start. Should I ever be in the market for a new car this will be the place to go to.

I wanted to talk to somebody about Hyundai Assist as I have been paying hundreds to the AA for breakdown service for decades.i spoke to a gentleman with southern English accent, might have been Neville. He was very helpful and patient.

When first having the car the staff was very helpful finding what was right for me and was very quick on delivery and didn't take too long to fill out all the paperwork and now when having it serviced really reliable and quick and no waiting around

Have used Hutchinson for above 10 years alway happy with the service given we have changed our car 4 times with exceptional service from Sales team and have service and mot work done by Excellent service staff who are approachable and helpful I highly reccomend all department and would be glad to go there at any time a big thank you to a friendly company

I recently purchased a car from the Bridgend branch and found them to be very helpful and informative. My salesman was Matt who kept me up to date with everything and was a very pleasant gentleman.

An honest, fair priced family run business. Really good value for money compared to some other larger dealerships I have dealt with.

First time at Hutchings Swansea after Hutchings Bridgend couldn't fit me in for two months. It's a much bigger dealership and professionalism is up another level.

The service advisor was particularly helpful regarding an issue I was having. I was advised that a recent recall had been redone to help with the warning light seen and the agreed service was done promptly.

They also didn't try to force extra work, I was just given the option which was an improvement.

I will look to return for my next service, the extra 10 or 15 miles is worth it.

Update: Second service at Hutchings Swansea done. Decent enough, though £80 is a lot to have your car looked over and washed but not cleaned inside. This is mainly thanks to Hyundai's rip off service schedule for electric cars but more could be done to make a customer feel like they've had value.

The service indicator was also not reset on return. Basic stuff and poor attention to to detail.

Another update: My car has now 140,000 miles and has been serviced every 10,000 by Hutchings Swansea. Basic servicing has been done efficiently, but more pleasingly the warranty issues I've had have been sorted out very well despite being very difficult to diagnose.

I have two further warranty claims in progress, so I may be back but so far so good.

The car has now done 169k miles. The last two warranty claims were handled well. The car is no longer being serviced following Hyundai's rip off schedule as it's out of all warranty cover.

However, I have been back to Swansea Hyundai for maintenance work recently. Unbelievably they were highly competitive against independent garages and could do the work suiting me. This included Air Con work which I understand is not as straightforward as a normal car.

I was pleased with the work and the service advisors are great. I think one is Paul but I'm not sure, Nigel I've dealt with mostly and he's as good as I've come across in many a year.

So apart from telling me a I needed new discs and pads on the rear when on a subsequent visit after not being changed they were judged as good...the Swansea dealership have been great. I was less pleased with Bridgend but they weren't bad, just not as good as Swansea.

Matt has been really helpful through the whole process of my car purchase and has answered all my questions 😊

When my car goes in for a Serice or MOT the mechanic does a video link so you can exactly what checks are being done and any issues they will update you straight away so you know exactly what's been done or what's to do.All the staff in Hutchinson hyundai in the swansea dealership are always friendly and professional 😉

The service received was exceptional, check in, update with video inspection provided, handing car back was above what i have received at other dealers. Thank you and please keep it up.

Absolutely first class service!

We personally have bought three cars from Hutchings and three family members also bought from here. In fact our daughter travelled from Bristol to buy a brand new car in Llansamlet as the deal was better than the main dealer in her own village of Thornbury! I think that says how good Hutchings are!

We can honestly say this is the best service we've ever had in purchasing cars!

Amazing experience, well organised group of workers, who couldnt do enough for myslef and family. A hot coffee and a walk about the floor being given all the information I needed. Very friendly, respectful and polite people. I will always use hutchings swansea. Thank you guys for all your help.
