Poor systems
Ordered online for home delivery from Bradford branch.
No one contacted me.
Sent a follow up email 2 days later.
No response.
Called the branch after a week.
Very helpful person said that he'd been away for a week and no one had processed the order.
He was very helpful and courteous.
Delivered next day.
Delivery driver was also very helpful.
He stated that he'd made 2 seperate deliveries to adjacent streets in the last couple of days.
The low star rating does not reflect the staff I interacted with, rather the terrible on-line ordering and delivery systems that seem to be in place.

No proper communication on my delivery only found out it had been deivered when i had missed calls and an invoice through my door!

Really helped me out of a problem, great price and they were in contact constantly to let me know when my order would arrive. Delivery driver was spot on as well. Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent, rapid service.
Made an online order first thing this morning, contacted within an hour and subsequently delivered within the next four. Fantastic service, more that fair pricing and friendly delivery. Did not expect such a fast service.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. When I discovered some of the lengths of wood had warped, I called Huws Gray and they immediately arranged a delivery of new wood. Everyone I spoke to had a good level of knowledge to be able to deal with the problem I had found.

The Delivery driver was fantastic…
The Delivery driver was fantastic really helpful, its a shame that the way the ecothrem was packed meant the packing tape pulled off the foil and the actual ecotherm was damaged I dont this out of the all the bits i had one of them was in new condition.

Amazing service from Bentley
Just ordered decorative aggregate from the Bentley branch & had amazing service!
Delivery was immediate by a very courteous & friendly driver & Pam in the shop was exceptionally helpful & friendly!
So much so we’ve asked her about all the building materials we need for a patio to which she quoted a very competitive price!
A huge shout out to this store for their service, & to Pam who is a superstar!
