Fantastic price & also low delivery fee compared to other companies. Driver very friendly and put my stones in a more convenient location after I mentioned where it was going. Very knowledgeable about different varieties of decorative stone.

Poor. Ordered topsoil which was showing in stock and got email confirmation back saying the branch would call me within one working day; that was a week ago and I've had no contact. I will cancel and go elsewhere

Update: took 3 emails to branch and customer service to get refund. No apology for poor service just a standard refund email.

Delivery was reasonably quick but promised advance delivery notice was not made, but was delivered with care.

When we are looking for decorative aggregates cotswold 850kg big bag for garden and When searching online Huws Gray found the lowest price. This is happened in last year 2025. We ordered decorative aggregates from Huws Gray Market Harborough store. It was free delivery and the driver was very helpful and put the maximum inside near the garden.
Then we want wooden fence paint harvest gold 5 liter 2 numbers and Huws gray found lowest price. When we went to the Market Harborough store there was no stock. But the helpful staff took order and they collected from Corby store and gave to us. Then we couldn't finish the fence painting and we need one more 5 liter tin. Then the very helpful staff searched nearest stores where harvest gold paint available and found in Huws gray Wellingborough branch one available. He then phoned to Wellingborough branch and kept that one for us and we collected from there. So the staffs in Huws gray Market Harborough store is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for them.🙏🙏🙏.
