The shipping was much faster than expected and the part worked great and fit exactly as it said it would. Thank you.

Resposta da Hvacexpressparts
Hello,
We apologize for the confusion. We reviewed your order and shipped the exact circuit board that was ordered, part number 17122300001094.
We also provide real photos of the actual board on our website. If you search for part number 17122300001094 on our website, you can clearly see in the product pictures that this board is designed for 3-zone units.
However, we understand there may have been a mismatch between the system configuration needed and the part selected during the order process. Please send us a photo of your unit model number and the board currently installed in the system, and we will gladly help verify the correct 4-zone board for your system.
You can send the pictures to sales@hvacexpressparts.com.
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to help resolve this quickly.

The “Find Part for My Unit” tool is the best. It was very easy to find the main board for the condenser. They also ship parts the same day. I recommend this website.
