Order paid, no reaction after 3 month. Never again. This shop is bullshit

Did anyone that ordered in 2024 get their shoes yet jus wondering before I order?

I will never order from here again I never received a tracking & no update I order my shoes 2 months ago

I never got my package I was given a tracking number that is not good my money is valuable and i can't even call the company this is a rip off for shoes I have not received but I paid for called the dhl and no package was ever sent to me wow can someone point me to the bbb please I ordered since October 2022 we are in 2023 wow what a nasty way to treat customers.

I ordered dec,6th and still haven’t received a tracking number it’s about to be a month since I been waiting on my order when it say shipping should take 2 weeks. I have been emailing for weeks now no response how am I supposed to tell my son his birthday outfit won’t be here on time smh this is bad business.

I'm still waiting on a tracking number. (Almost a week later).They dont even have the decency to email or reply back. Just nothing I feel like my moneys being stolen.

My order got shipped to a whole different state and different address like howww don’t order from here i want my refund this is bs im in texas and it got shipped to baltimore how does that happen? $200 for a pair of shoes to get shipped to a different t state is wild

You guys take way too long to deliver the products I waited for almost a month to get my shoes.

Process of ordering was good. The package just takes to long to be delivered. If the delivery process was faster it would definitely be five stars.

I had nothing but good experiences from Hype glamour. If they don’t have a shoe I want they notify me right away and in a week or two I have my shoes. Good customer service and reliable. I can even reached them on Instagram!

HAVEN’T received a tracking number yet, & I purchase my sneakers on 10/6.. The main website is down so I can’t even log on to even access my tracking let alone been sent an email. Disappointed. Might as well order my shoes on goat app more liable.

I'm really disappointed. Before the site went under maintenance I thought the prices were too good to be true but then I read the introduction section your brand to be informed and the description claimed that all your sneakers are authentic and explained the process that you purchase them off from brand retailers when there's a case of overstock or haven't been sold. I recently ordered the Air Jordan 4 Retro Off white Sail. And I'm so shocked at the results. The upper part of sole is not even attacked to the shoe, the Michael Jordan logo on label is fake there's what appears to look like a 1 next to him and "flight" is hard to read. The supposedly fabric stretchy mesh on the front and sides is hard plastic?? Inspecting closer which isn't as noticeable is the leather beige colour is darker when it should be. Its supposed to be a light grey beige colour. I knew your other items and accessories like your bags were premium fake replicas but not your sneakers?? You don't dupe your customers and mislead them. I'm really worried and upset now because I've ordered a pair of Jordan's previously from your site. Worst part is you go so far as sending me in the packaged box the StockXX lables too so I'm convinced its an authentic if I didn't know any better. I've even sold someone a pair of Jordan 1 UNC patent leather only cause it didn't fit now I'm worried I've sold a fake!! I was once a very happy customer of yours and recommended your brand to others. I now off to prepare to return the shoe. I would suggest undergoing clear instructions on informing your customers off your services.

Faster shipping would be great but besides that it’s good
