I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could, Absolutely horrible please do not purchase anything from this company, I am still waiting for my money to be refunded after I returned the merchandise over 1 month ago. I spent $50 shipping the purse back which was poorly made and visibly a terrible knock off. Buyer beware!! Customer service has lied to me on several occasions stating that the refunded the money to my bank, I have not received any funds!

we are sorry for the delay but is out of our hands as the transaction is already done. The time you are waiting is a processing period for them. We have information on the website that refunds can take up to 15 days and we only start that process when we receive your return, not when you send it.
About the quality of the product it was really a mistake from us and we are sorry about that.

We openly say that we don't sell authentic items. We are sorry if you were mislead and we always give the option to the client return the item and get a full refund. As we not received any return or refund request from you, we assumed you were rocking those sneakers.

Ripped off over shipping and lies
Ripped off over shipping and lies on their website! Knowing that I was ordering from overseas, I carefully checked the FAQs page to find out about customs duties, but was reassured that Hype Glamour would contact me if duties were payable- as clearly stated on their website. The company didn’t contact me and just put a false value on the shipment to avoid a charge. Customs are wise to this. I am liable for a further £75 charge. I am very angry that they think their fraudulent approach is some sort of solution. Avoid!

we are sorry to hear that, but there is a lot confusion and misunderstanding on that situation.
Custom fees are something specific to each country and when it happens the client has to pay those fees. We put (and every company does the same) a lower value on the package to avoid those costs to the client, and it works sometimes. We putting a higher or lower value does not change anything to us, it only puts the client in a situation of possible not paying anything extra.
Another thing is we contacting you when that happens. We do not know when that happens, DHL contacts the client as is something on their side of the business.
We hope you now have a different opinion.

Sorry to hear that my friend. We can also double box whenever a client wants, we don't do it because is more likely to be stopped at customs the bigger is the package.
