Fantastic Customer Service!
I emailed Hyperice regarding the Venom 2 Back Massager having a noise issue. I use this product almost daily due to a low back issue. It works better than anything else that I’ve tried, and I’ve tried many! Breanna got back to me quickly asking for more information. Even though my 1 yr. warranty just passed Hyperice sent a replacement. I was a big fan of their products before this issue. Now I’m also a big fan of their support and especially of Breanna! The cost is well worth it when you get a great product with fantastic customer support.

Venom back belt

I first saw this worn on the sideline of an NBA game, and thought it must be good. It's a game changer for a middle-aged weekend warrior. I wear it in the mornings before my workouts and it really helps.

Great Products, Even Better Customer Support

I've had Hyperice products for almost a decade. When I had issues with my Hypervolt, customer service was on top of it. When I recently had concerns about my Normatec charger, customer service rep Breanna was on top of it and went above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend Hyperice!

Fixed my shipping debacle

I accidentally ordered to the wrong address and Hyperice worked with FedEx to resolve it so I received the package to the correct address. Thank you!

Great customer service

Great customer service. I reached out about a faulty hose. Breanna took care of it and immediately issued a replacement.

Great customer service

Had a small issue with my compression boots. Contacted Hyperice and they were so helpful. They asked a few simple questions and agreed to send me out a replacement boot swiftly. Super impressed with the customer service and the product itself I would definitely recommend using.

Fabulous customer service.

I had a little issue with my hyperice device and the customer service was outstanding. So friendly, prompt and resolved the issue immediately. Some companies make you work soo hard to receive the outcome you know is the correct one but these guys did customer service the way and made it a pleasurable journey.
I highly recommend hyperice.

I had lost the charger for the Hyperboot Nikes by Hyperice

I had lost the charger for the Hyperboot by Nike shoes and I reached out to customer service and was able to get a replacement.

HyperCare Specialist Breanna was extremely helpful and courteous in our conversation and kept me informed from tracking start to finish.

Hyperice products and company is a well managed and branded company. Look forward to doing more business with them.

order 41337 very bad services and support

order 41337 placed 22/4. Today is 30/4 and despite my emails and follow up I have no response. The tracking link does not work, and there is no customer service phone number that I can find....just a ridiculous chat bot.
Very poor service, will not purchase ever again from this company.

Great service

Whilst the product we purchased had developed an issue, the Customer care personnel lived up to their name. With exemplary service through the online process and patience dealing with a third party the Customer care officer (Alex) maintained efficient and clear communication and was a pleasure to deal with.

Customer Service is fantastic

Customer Service is fantastic! Valeria not only listened to my explanation of the problem with my Hypervolt Massage Gun (failed charging cable) but also tried to troubleshoot other possible causes. She promptly mailed a replacement cable and told me to let her know if the problem was resolved. I appreciate the time she spent with me on the phone and her prompt and efficient follow up support by email.

Fantastic customer service at Hyperice!

The customer service at Hyperice is fantastic. I bought a Venom 2 shoulder device at the Sea Otter Bike Festival last week. When I got home and used it for the 1st time I saw the unit was for the left shoulder rather than the one requested for my right shoulder. Breanna handled the entire exchange quickly and efficiently without any hassles/issues. That's why I continue to buy and use Hyperice products. Dependable and amazing customer service.
