Hyperice Support to the rescue!

I'm a HUGE fan of Hyperice, owning my own pair and then purchased a set for my parents. Sadly, due to a moving related incident, the pair of legs were accidentally thrown out. To my and my parents delight, the Hyperice team very generously provided a courtesy pair of leg equipment! What phenomenal service. Thank you team Hyperice!!

Great products and great customer service!

I enjoyed my HyperSphere briefly and then I lost the charging cord! It took me a very long time to follow through and when I emailed customer service, asking how I replace it. I was shocked to receive a response almost immediately! Breanna gave me the link to the resource I needed to find and order my replacement cord. And they didn't charge shipping! I'm so pleased with my HyperSphere, the good customer service and the ease in which I was able to replace my cord. I can't believe I waited so long to tend to this!

encountered a problem with my equipment and the peeps at hyperice were so pleasant and accommodating to help resolve the issue. my machine was 3 years old and they took care of me, solved the problem and replaced what was needed for a very very reasonable cost. it was a a very pleasant customer experience

Great warranty service

With less than a month left on my warranty, my venom 2 stopped charging. I use it all the time, and was concerned about how Hyperice would be about honoring their warranty. What a pleasant surprise: Breanna the service representative troubleshot the problem and has my device working again. No hassles, very professional, courteous and effective service.

I bought a Hypervolt Pro 2 in 2022. I love this product and use it every day. I contacted customer service at Hyperice when I noticed the round head attachment was peeling. I called to inquire about the possibility of a replacement attachment. I emailed my request for consideration to Hyperice. Yoshua, the Hyperice, Inc. specialist contacted me that same day! I was completely shocked at hearing back so soon! Yoshua could not have been more helpful, responsive, professional and courteous. You have a very happy customer! Thank you!

Valerie was very helpful assisting me with the issue I had with my sleeve. It took some time to get it resolved but she stayed on top of the claim and was able to replace the items. I was very pleased with the outcome and happy that she was able to help me with my claim

Hypervolt Go 2

I purchased the Hypervolt Go 2 just over two years ago and as a runner have used it frequently for muscle pain. Just recently the plastic gasket that holds the vibrating head in place broke. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful. They are replacing my massager at no cost to me. It is refreshing to see that there are still companies with integrity that will stand behind their product after the sale. I would highly recommend this company's products.

Amazing customer service

I love Hyperice, amazing material and quality, recent my massager have a broken piece and I contact customer service and what I can tell the is that, the level of customer service that I received was amazing. Worth Saving Up For

We'd heard of Hyperice's reputation among elite athletes. We're here to tell you that it works for regular people too. Their medical machinery is more than just trendy "bells and whistles." It makes us feel better than physical therapy alone. And speaking of P.T. -- we showed the equipment to physical therapists who were equally impressed. These products are far from cheap; they are, however, worth saving up for. The company earns the trust that it receives, each and every day.

Normatec 3 boots stopped charging. Hyperice seems like a scam

I bought Normatec 3 boots just over a year ago and they suddenly stopped charging just after their pathetic 1 year warranty. Reading online this appears to be a common problem which they seem to have admitted by doing a battery replacement program. The problem is that there’s zero customer support in Australia and you won’t even find an email to contact. They market their product as premium but it’s definitely a scam. 100% avoid this company.

Hyperice Vyper 3 EU

I purchased the Hyperice Vyper 3 EU at Robert Dyas, but it stopped working properly after about 9 months, so I contacted Hyperice UK customer service. Because I bought it at Robert Dyas instead of Amazon UK (which is known for its robust customer service), I was a bit anxious about having to deal with Hyperice directly. However, my worries were completely unfounded! They responded immediately, and a replacement arrived very quickly. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews here, but I suspect they might be a mix of reviews from various countries. As far as Hyperice UK is concerned, their service was absolutely excellent.
