Dear Natalie,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us.

We are very glad to hear that the Hypersoft Sneakers have met your needs in terms of support for your feet and that you enjoy wearing them as they are very comfortable. We're also glad you chose the right size.

Hypersoft Sneakers have a comfortable stretchy upper that will ease the pressure on your toes and make them much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The mesh upper of the shoe could be a little tight around the foot at first (wearing socks or using a shoe horn can be helpful in the first week). However, when you wear them a few times, the knitted upper material that is elastic will adapt to the structure of your foot. The shoes will start to feel incredibly comfortable.

We are also glad to hear that you were satisfied with the delivery time. We worked hard in the previous period to achieve this, and your positive experience tells us that we succeeded.

I hope to see you soon in our online store.

All the best,

Lara

Dear Maryleen,

Thank you very much for writing to us about this case.

I'm sorry to hear that you waited longer than expected for your sneakers and that you still haven't received them. Please accept my apologies for that.

I understand that the sneakers you originally wanted were out of stock shortly after ordering. Due to the high demand for our product, it sometimes happens that after the purchase we are left without the ordered product, which makes the processing of the order longer. We are working on adjusting our procedures for better organization on our end so we can avoid issues like these.

I did some research for you and saw in our system that our agent has already written to you and offered you a solution. Please check your email and continue the conversation there so that we can resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for your understanding. For all other questions, you can write to me at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com.

All the best,

Lara

Your positive experience is another indicator that we are on the right track and that we should keep on.

I hope to see you soon at our online store again.

All the best,

Lara

Hi Dana,

Thank you for taking the time to write your review here!

First, we would like to offer our sincere condolences for your loss. We understand that this unfortunate incident was the reason why you weren't able to follow up with us regarding your order, and that as of posting your feedback here, you have yet to receive your order. We are very sorry to hear that.

Indeed, we must admit that shipping has been one of our main weaknesses in the past year. We have made some changes, and we are already seeing some improvements in this department.

However, as for your order in specific, it seems that there has been some issues with its shipment, which is why it was never able to make its way to you.

We have recently sent an email to the email address you used to place your order. We hope that the solution we offered would be satisfactory enough for you.

Again, we apologize for all the trouble.

Best,
Lara

Hi Barry,

Thank you for taking a few moments to share your feedback here!

It seems that the lack of response on our end has caused your frustration towards our company. We are sorry to hear that.

We understand that you have tried reaching out to us for information on how to return your product, but as of writing here, you have yet to receive a response.

We must admit that we have experienced some challenges with addressing our customers' concerns in a timely manner due to the high volume of orders and emails that we have been receiving.

Rest assured that we are already simplifying our Customer Support procedures and adding more agents to our team so our customers won't have to wait as long for a response.

We have recently sent you our return procedure through the email address you used to place your order. Kindly check your inbox.

Hi Julie,

Thank you for taking a few minutes to leave your feedback here!

We are thrilled to hear that you find our Hypersoft Sneakers light and comfortable. However, we understand that its arch support was not enough to your liking. We are sorry to know that.

We would like to let you know that our sneakers are indeed made with an Orthotic Arch Support System - but we understand that everyone has different needs, and our product may not always be the best choice for everyone.

In the meantime, if you ever need assistance with your order, kindly email me directly at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com, and I will gladly help you.

Best,
Lara

Hi Tessa,

Thank you for taking a moment to write your thoughts here!

We are glad to hear that you find our Hypersoft Sneakers comfortable to wear. However, we do understand that you find it difficult putting them on, and you encountered an issue during the ordering process, so you ended up with one pair that you did not want. We are sorry to hear that.

We will definitely forward your feedback about adding a strap at the back of the shoe to make the wearing process easier.

Regarding the fitting of the Hypersoft Sneakers, they have a normal size fitting, but the shoe’s mesh upper might feel a bit tight around the foot in the beginning (wearing a sock, or using a shoe horn might be useful in the first week).

However, once you have worn them a few times, the knitted upper material which is elastic will adapt to your foot structure. The shoes will start to feel incredibly comfortable.

If you have already worn the sneakers a few times and you're still experiencing the same issue, kindly contact me directly at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com, and I will help come up with a satisfactory solution for you.

Lastly, as for your refund, we hope you have already received assistance regarding this - but if you still haven't, you may also indicate that in your email to me.

Best,
Lara

Hi Kim,

Thank you for taking some time to write us a feedback!

We are glad to hear that you loved the look of your Hyper Arch Motion Sneakers. However, we are sorry to hear that it took a while before your product finally arrived, only to find out that they were too wide for you, even with thick socks.

Admittedly, shipping time has been one of our main weaknesses in the past year. We have found alternative transportation solutions, and we expect things to improve soon.

As for the product that you received, indeed, everyone has different needs, and our product might not always be the best choice for our customers.

we understand that you would like to return your product for a refund. We have recently sent you an email with a solution that we hope would be satisfactory enough for you. Kindly check your inbox.

Best,
Lara

Hello Bethany,

Thank you for taking a few minutes to write a review!

It seems that your experience with our company was negative from the very beginning. I am so sorry to learn that!

I understand how frustrating it must have been for you to have a double order by error and then receive a product and a replacement that does not fit well. I will surely check what exactly happened with our website and make sure it won't happen again.

On the other side, we understand that everyone has different needs, and our sneakers may not be the best choice for everyone.

Furthermore, as you know, it is indicated on our website that the items returned must be in resellable condition, unused, and with labels and tags. From your feedback, it seems that they returned in pristine condition.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore kindly contact me directly at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com with your order details and I will be more than happy to ask my colleagues in our return center to check the products once again and reconsider your refund request!

I look forward to your reply!

Best,
Lara

We'll be looking forward to seeing you back at our store.

Hello there,

Thank you for taking a few moments to post your feedback here!

We are sorry to hear that you were not pleased that you did not receive an invoice or instruction for returns along with your product, and that you were not satisfied with our return policy.

First, we would like to clarify that Hyperboost Sneakers is the improved version of our Hypersoft Sneakers.

Regarding our returns policy, the complete instructions for returns is publicly indicated there. All the customer has to do is contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will assist them with the return process from there.

As for your other concern, indeed, products are fully refundable. However, again, we have stated our complete policy on returns on the Terms and Conditions and Our Return Policy section of our website, which customers can read before purchasing their product.

If you would like to receive a digital invoice for your order or require further assistance with returning it, please send me an email at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com, and I will gladly help you.

Hi Margaret,

Thank you for taking a few minutes to post your review here!

We understand that the Hypersoft Sneakers you received did not meet your expectations and did not fit you well, so you ended up returning them for a full refund. However, as of writing here, you have only received the refund for one item. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience!

We understand that everyone has different needs, and our product might not be the best choice for everyone.

Regarding your refund, as a general policy, customers are eligible for a full refund if they return their items back in good condition - which means the item should be in its original packaging with the tags and labels intact, and it shouldn’t be damaged, stained, altered or washed. Upon checking, it seems that there was initially an issue with one of the items you returned.

However, I can see here that one of our Customer Support agents has already recently assisted you and provided a satisfactory solution for this issue. We advise you to check your email inbox for this update.

If you have further concerns or require assistance, you may indicate that in your response to our last email.

Again, we are sorry for all the trouble!

Best,
Lara

Hi Michelle,

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts here!

We are so sorry to hear that our Hypersoft Sneakers did not meet your expectations, as you found the heel to be too high, the arch support to be too little, and cushion to be too thin for your liking, which resulted in the rest of the issues you mentioned.

We understand that everyone has different needs, and finding the right shoes can definitely be challenging, epsecially when dealing with issues like the ones you just described.

If you ever need assistance with your order, please email me at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com, and I will gladly help you.

Best,
Lara
