Worst Pram Ever!!!

I purchased at the Perth Baby Expo March 2024.

I needed a lighter weight pram so I could lift it easier.
Decided on iCandy - Lime for this reason over the Bugaboo (wrong choice)
I originally email and reported x2 faults.

The pram was hardly used at this stage. Once every second day, at the most.

1st Fault- Bottom Basket Bracket
Comes loose and screws and fixings falling off. So doesn’t fold properly to put into car.
Photos sent and replacement parts were meant to be sent. (Still waiting have not arrived- now July 2025)

2nd Fault- Brake Release Fault.
Major Safety Issue…
When you release the foot brake it randomly sticks and one wheel is still locked. I have nearly pushed the pram over side ways trying to come off an escalator. (Was the main I incident) This is why I reported it.
Reply from iCandy Australia was instructions how to use the foot brake. (Seriously) they also instructed me to take a video of it sticking. (Easier said than done. Have they tried to video with one hand and try to push a pram, trying to get the exact footage they require).
Sent video to them. That wasn’t enough… They will also need videos with the rear wheels removed and the brake pedal being actuated to see if the brake pin is working as expected.

I do not have the time or tools to do this.

Definitely should have bought the bugaboo. Their service and replacement department are impeccable.

Only bug bear is it’s not 100% cabin approved.

I've bought two icandy buggies back to back with my children because they've been 100/10. Unfortunately my last one broke (my nanny's fault, not in any way related to workmanship - the previous one lasted 4 years) after 18 months and I called their warranty team and they repaired it free of charge despite the buggy being discontinued. A special thanks to Rachel in the customer service team who was proactive in finding a solution for me. I thought they were so worth the money before it went wrong, but their response when it did was above and beyond. Don't hesitate to buy one..worth it!

Opening and closing not very clear and can be very cumbersome for a mother dealing with a newborn. After you figure it out, it’s lovely.

I purchased this product based on the advertised claim that it is suitable for children up to 3 years old. However, at just 18 months, my toddler was able to easily press the button and release the 5-point harness—nearly falling out in the process. This raises serious concerns about the effectiveness and safety of the buckle design.
When I contacted iCandy, I was surprised by the dismissive response. Although they acknowledged that third-party products exist to address this issue, they advised against their use and stated that the buckle design has been in place for years—implying that no improvements are needed. It was disappointing to be met with such indifference, especially given the potential safety implications.
I was told to contact the retailer, who would then liaise with iCandy, but was ultimately informed that nothing could be done because the issue “isn’t considered a problem.” Frankly, this lack of accountability is frustrating. Other brands offer more secure harness systems, and I urge iCandy to review this design and take customer safety concerns more seriously.

Item didn’t come boxed arrived in a plastic bag and brown envelope and as the item is made of plastic it had marks as though it looked used not what I expected buying directly from the store… 🤔

I misplaced the carrycot board and had to order a new one. Customer service were so helpful and the missing part was delivered within 48hrs.

I was surprised to find a part missing in my candy pram set. Put it was easily put right as l got onto the web site and ordered a new part. It was so easy to to do. The price wasn’t bad either. It arrived within 3 days. So now my grandson can have his parasol up when he’s in his pram.

Excellent service throughout our purchase and quality of replacement parts first class and simple to swap over.

I’m so disappointed with the Peach 7 pram. Please do not waste your money. I’ve paid over £1000 for a pram that rattles constantly when I walk anywhere!

I’ve sent it back to Icandy twice as the left hand side is so rattly on a walk. It’s visibly different to the right yet Icandy have said there is no fault. I understand there is meant to be a level of movement due to the fold mechanism but it should make a metal on metal sound at a cost of £1000.

I urge anyone considering this pram to rattle the handle when they test it and make sure you’re happy to hear that metal noise on your walk, as according to Icandy, this isn’t a fault. Also don’t be fooled by the “one hand fold”, as you need two hands to take off the bassinet or seat in the first place so it’s a completely pointless feature!

My experience started when I had chosen an iCandy pushchair, a car seat and all the accessories that comes with it which’s packed and send in three boxes.
My issue was with the delivery driver , he has delivered only two of them.
On both of the websites , delivery company and iCandy, it appeared as a complete order but it wasn’t obviously, the third package with accessories was missing.
While contacting the iCandy, they answerded really quickly and were able to resolve the matter the same day, I got my package in the evening.
Thanks to iCandy now I have the best pushchair for my baby .
