I can’t lie it’s one of the best websites I have come across by in a long time they have very reliable shipping good customer service and the clothing and shoes are also not fake and are given in mint condition.

I had a great experience with them it was a fast delivery the shoes came in top condition it came just in time for my dads birthday he loved it I would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a set on here ... as it turns out a day later the size i ordered wasnt in stock however they where more than happy to offer a refund or to pick any other similar items and keep the same price as an apology.brilliant service will be back again

I received a different item than the one ordered on their site (Order #2858).
The seller pretended it was the correct item when obviously it was not.
The evidence is provided to them and they do not accept their error.
I lose money because the return costs are my responsibility.

The seller tried to hide the comment, of course I provided the proof to Trustpilot to reactivate the comment. People need to know!

My opinion is not contradictory, I received a product different from the one ordered.
When I order product A and you send product B, while claiming that you sent the correct item, then yes it is indeed a SCAM.
Now you are pretending that it was me who sent the wrong item, you are pitiful, disgusting, shame on you.

I spent £3000 over a week ago and have not received item. When I emailed to ask for a cancellation and refund I was met b rude argumentative staff who have not issued a refund and have still not sent my order. I spent over £3000 and nothing to show for it. Don’t shop here

Ordered a black and red trapper coat, the coat arrived with some issues which trapstar had reimbursed me for quite generously appreciate the customer service.

The product was satisfactory. Was ordered for my son for his birthday and he was extremely happy.

Great service, just didn’t receive my item

I purchased a Trapstar jacket for my son. Delivery was quick, jacket arrived in a few days. The jacket is authentic and my son is very happy with it. Customer service was brilliant, they reply to emails very quickly. I will definitely use this company again.

Great company. Didn’t have the whole tracksuit in stock and managed to send another tracksuit in different colour which I prefer to ensure my delivery came in time for my partners birthday. Would defo recommend and use again. Thank you!

I was a bit upset to begin with as when I was ordering it said if you pay ten pounds you with get it in three days. I don’t know if I got it wrong but my grandsons birthday was in 5 days so I thought perfect. Other than that, staff were helpful when I emailed and once I got confirmation the jacket was delivered swiftly. Packed well apart from a rip in the bag making me wonder if it was second hand.

Ordered a trapstar jacket arrived pretty quick and authentic 100%, im pleased with customer service, overall great experience!

This is a thumbs down for this review. I was allowed to order and pay for items that weren’t in stock. The money was returned but why sell something that is not in stock? It was a birthday present and the delay meant I couldn’t give a present on time. Embarrassing!

Great with my order, was delayed in delivery but they reimbursed £15 back to me for the inconvenience.
Will definitely shop with IceKickz again
