IGMS is an excellent platform for management of short term rentals

IGMS is an excellent platform for managing my short term rentals. It has the ability to sync my booking calendar for AIRBNB, VRBO, and Booking.com preventing double bookings. I has also made messaging my guest easier because I can do it from the software regardless of which booking engine I am using. I would recommend it to anyone looking to start a short term rental business or even anyone managing just one STR property.

They won't deactivate your account…

They won't deactivate your account unless you book a call with them, ask many times and still don't do anything. worst service. please deactivate my account for the last time,
honestly a damn shame considering i have many listings and was trying to try out your service and yo u cannot let me cancel from your software. which then leads to me not being able to block or open dates on my calendar.. great.

I regret hearing about the issues you’ve faced. As a host myself, I know how difficult it can be when things don’t go smoothly. I really appreciate you pointing this out.
Just to clarify, our team processed your cancellation on the same day you requested it. However, your request came in during a period when no agents were online. Our Sunday shift ends at 5pm, and the next agent starts at 5am on Monday, which caused a delay in our response. I can imagine how frustrating that must have been, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. We're already working on expanding our support hours to prevent situations like this in the future.
I genuinely apologize for the stress this caused. I would love to make things right for you, and I’d really appreciate it if you could reply to the email I previously sent to you.

iGMS does everything I need it to do, and it does it well.

iGMS is a well-designed and effective application for managing my property. It's simple to use and has the features I need. I particularly like that (1) it receives the prices I need from PriceLabs, adjusts them for each channel, and feeds them on correctly, (2) working with the calendar is efficient and it syncs quickly, (3) supports AirBnb co-host integration, (4) my cleaning team can access the calender, (5) it integrates with my home heating setup, and (5) the customer support is super responsive. Essentially is does everything I need it to do, and it does it well.

Extremely well managed company

When I was interviewing management companies to help me prepare and market my properties, Guestables was the one company with all the right answers.
I felt confident, but still apprehensive, for the reason I still haven't received my licence to operate short term rental. They suggested we market them as executive rentals in the meantime! We started in April 2024 and can honestly say both units have had occupancy of over 90%. The service is second to none, I can reach my contact Dario 24/7
I'll have a couple of more units coming available in the Spring of 2025, and I know Dario will do his due diligence to keep the units rented, and the best part to allow me to enjoy my life, without the worry of dealing with tenants. I have been self employed since I was 22, always managing and operating and selling businesses.... now is the time to let young talented managers deal with the stress of making me money.

Excelente software

Excelente software, fácil de conectar con cada una de las otas y muy intuitivo al manejarlo. Sería aún mejor si manejara programa de reseller y otras sistemas de pago para Latinoamérica, en especial Colombia.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with IGMS and their exceptional customer support. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, their team has made it a priority to provide quick and helpful responses. It has been very usefull

It has been very usefull, it has reduced the time I wasted on simple things such as coordinating cleanning and sending standard messages. However it has a huge potential and I hope it keeps on evolving

Highly recommended

I’ve only been using iGMS for a few months And I am very happy with the app platform itself. It’s a great tool to keep my STR business organized across all platforms I have noticed that there is a lag in receiving messages, but I still give them five stars because their Service is outstanding in every other way. Additionally, I find their webinars to be very informative which is great for new and experienced hosts, as this industry is constantly changing.

Good tool, abysmal customer service.

Overall the tool is good but there is a permanent synch issue between VRBO and IGMS for which we have opened countless tickets without any long term fix. Short term fix is mostly user driven. Customer service is there but is lacklustre and as much as the customer service representatives are polite and I assume try their best to help, the escalation process is not working and you never feel like anyone picked up your request at the Management level. This is also one of the rare vendors that does think commercial gestures are not a thing, or care too much if one of their customer leaves the platform. I assume the lack of alternatives at that price point helps boost the confidence that one customer lost is a new one made.

IGMS has made it much easier to manage all our properties. There are teething problems but the team is so responsive. Happy to grow with them.

Best choice in Property Management

IGMS system is useful in managing multiple properties so you can message guests from one platform, managing cleaners and having a multi calendar to see what is happening in next week/month.
Additionally customer service is first class. When I have not understood how to work something on IGMS or make what I want happen, IGMS staff are always very helpful in explaining over the chat function. They give clear answers with screenshots if necessary. If they don't know something, they say, and they will always find out and get back to me. Staff are polite, knowledgeable. IGMS as a whole takes on feedback and ways of improving the system- always evolving.

IGMS is a great property management tool for a smaller Airbnb host. It's features are very intuitive and easy to understand. I highly recommend.

A great value for money

I have been using igms software for a few months, and I am very satisfied overall. Its interface might not be the most user-friendly compared to other similar software, but it works perfectly, and it was the cheapest option for me (I only have one listing). TLDR I'd say:
- Upsides: affordability and integrations.
- Downsides: interface and lack of updated android app.

If you like double-bookings

If you like double-bookings, this is the software for you.

This software is UNRELIABLE. Some bookings appear, others don't.

Support is trash, they accuse you and then send you to an amateursitic Webinar. It has a lady speaking with such a thick hispanic accent that it is actually impossible to understand.

A total waste of time

Terrible support only passing bugs

I tried to integrate my iGMS against my vrbo, received an error saying to contact their support which I did several times. Each time their response is that there is no fault n their end, contact vrbo to have it sorted.

By the way, I contacted vrbo and iGMS is NOT even on their integration list they provide to me.

Anyone interested in commencing a class action regarding the false advertisement?
