My 3rd holiday with Imagine Cruising.
This is my 3rd holiday ive booked with Imagine Cruising. The staff are helpful, in particular, Viran who has done the last two. It's good that she can bring up my information from the previous one. This saves me inputting the information again.

Very responsive, gave us options that suited us. Had to be reminded a couple of times about our starting point. Corrections made on the phone didn't carry through to the confirmation documents. Will have to phone again to correct them.

I’m sorry but the experience of dealing with you has left a lot to be desired ,ie a change of flights,on our original booking it was shown that our flight from Auckland was depart22/03/27 now told that it’s to be depart the 23/3/27 which means we are loosing a whole day of sightseeing which is a bit upsetting

Thank you for taking the time to reach out regarding your holiday booking experience with us. I do apologise for any confusion that may have been caused here, as there seems like there may have been some mis-communication with regards to your international flights.
As part of the original reservation we had for you, we expected you to depart New Zealand on the 22nd of March, connecting on your way to Japan - most likely via Singapore or similar - and then arriving on the 23rd. However, when we were actually making the flight reservation on your behalf we were able to confirm a direct flight connection with no stopover at no additional cost to you, giving you a much more desirable flight plan.
While you are correct your flight is now departing on the 23rd of March, you are still arriving in Japan on the 23rd exactly as you originally booked.

Having budgeted and saved for my…
Having budgeted and saved for my holiday on a restricted income became a nightmare after receiving the first payment and balance summary, having paid the deposit to find and extra payment of $2600 for my airfare as another payment which to my knowledge was not declared at time of booking. Also on the flight info was stated I leave NZ on 22/03/27 and arrive in Tokyo on 23/03/27 again another change to flying out on 23/03/27 so we miss a whole day sight seeing in Tokyo as we are now put on a day flight and arrive too late that day for sightseeing - most disappointing. The sums didn't add up also on payment summary.
My experience with your company was not transparent or seemless and unfortunately I would not recommend to friends or family and the only reason we are continuing on with this holiday is we loose our deposit of $3050 which we are not willing to donate to Imagine Cruising
