Had a system installed today by Rhys and his colleague, in Glasgow, the service was first class, impressed by their work, timely and completed in jig time, let’s hope the system is never required, but I must admit it has given me another level of comfort knowing my property is protected by iMIST, thanks Rhys and co.

Big improvement
Having not had a great experience previously with I mist, the team I dealt with this time were efficient and Cammy the service engineer was excellent. He noted the state our ceiling was left in from installation and passed that on to head office who are now hopefully arranging for it to be fixed.

Engineers phoned in advance to give us 30min notice and we when they were in the house they were professional and friendly. Service carried out quickly and with no issues at all.

Peter and his apprentice (i’m so sorry i’ve forgotten your name!) were out to us today to help move our imist system. The two of them were really nice and very professional. Imist Service
Ryan and his colleague recently serviced our residential imist system. They were on time, rang ahead to advise of arrival time, were polite, took their shoes off upstairs and were generally very pleasant. The service was swift and Ryan explained his findings before leaving.

As always, the annual service was timely (well within the designated 2 hour time slot) and efficient. Matt phoned half an hour before arrival to let me know he was on his way. On arrival, Matt was very polite and friendly. Upon completion of the service, Matt left everything clean and tidy.
