Late delivery/ No response
I have ordered for the 1st time from
Inddus. To plan ahead i placed my order online on 24.09.25, till today i have yet to receive my items which are still on it’s way. There’s no proactive delivery status notifications and the order was to arrive within 5-8 working days.
Diwali is next week & i seriously doubt the package will arrive, the tracking status still shows connection on 15.08. Your team isn’t responsive to emails. The experience has been terrible so far even without seeing the items ordered. Extremely disappointed
