Do not purchase. It does not come with the adapter kit which you are misled to believe it does. So what you get is a useless piece of cheap looking metal.

Comes from china so you are also miss sold in this way. The return costs are as much as the trimmer costs.

This company is exactly why you should never buy anything advertised on Facebook!

Total scam , doesn’t fit my flymo even with the adaptor kit. Don’t buy at all costs .

It doesn’t fit my Qualcast trimmer. There is no adaptor kit with it. If this came loose on a trimmer it would be deadly !

Guilty of false advertising
1. They are not in UK, they are in China
2. The “Universal adaptor kit” isn’t universal and has no instructions
3 Despite them saying on Facebook it fits a Gtech strimmer it doesn’t.
4. You have to pay to return these useless goods

Total scam. They are not a UK company they ship from China and their 30 day money back return policy requires you to pay the shipping fees which are exhorbidant relative to the cost of the product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR FROM THESE PEOPLE

This is a scam although its called indistuctable trimmer co.uk they are based in China. Like others I was asked to return it to China, after several emails complaining I reported them to Facebook who said they didn't break there advertising rules,eventually reported them to PayPal who after investigation refunded my money.
My advice don't buy this product if you are trying to get a refund without success complain to the site you saw the ad hopefully if enough do so they will stop running this misleading rubbish.

It won't fit any strimmer. To take advantage of their "iron clad" guarantee you have to return the item to China at your expense. Don't waste your money

I was conned like the rest us who reported on here. PLEASE don't fall for their advertising. Will be reporting to facebook as the component isn't compatible like they confirmed without spending further on conversion components. No response when I asked for a full refund including postage for the return.

Where to start?
1. The trimmer head is shipped from China so you have to wait for deolivery.
2. There are no instructions but customer support tell you to buy an adaptor kit.
3. It is impossible to fit to my Black & Decker strimmer,
4. They offer 20% refund or full refund if I ship it back to China at my cost.
5. will now dispute transactions with my credit card company

Should have read the reviews first. Lesson learned.
Am now one week into trying to get a return address from them to get a refund for a trimmer head that won’t fit regardless of what their adverts say. Latest missive tells me to take photos of the trimmer head so they can check it hasn’t been used! You couldn’t make this up. Have asked them to confirm this is standard company policy they are following, although why I’m wasting my time I do not know. Matter of principle probably.

Like everyone else reviewing here, I was misled by the advertising on Facebook.
Purchased the trimmer which was said to fit any existing strimmer. It arrived in good time but the good feeling ends there. It came without instructions or the "adaptor kit" (a couple of washers and nuts/bolts costing a few pennies at my local garden and hardware store). The mechanic at said store was unable to fit the trimmer to my strimmer - it would have snagged the safety guard and caused unknown damage not to mention potential injury.
I am lucky (!) to have received replies to all my emails but the last one took the biscuit - expecting me to pay full postage and tracking to CHINA no less if I want a full refund! I have accepted their offer of a partial refund (20% of purchase price) - I'll wait to see if that is genuine. Then I'll report the adverts to FB as a scam and ask Paypal and/or my bank to facilitate a refund. Not sure whether any other UK authority can do anything.

I bought strimmer and then had to buy adapters they are totally incompatible for strimmer
Notified the company who said as it has been used they will not refund me. I e mailed again to say they had t been used and still in original packaging..No reply

Should have come here first and read the reviews. Another one stung by attractive advertising.

Sell you a universal fit strimmer that cannot fit anything . FAQs explain how to fit it with the adapter they don’t include. They guarantee returns and refunds and say they have you covered 100% then when you raise the returns with them they want tracked postage to china. They then claim they can’t accept as used. It cannot be used as it can’t attach to anything. Do not have anything to do with them. Buy the same item half price with adapter and guaranteed returns on Amazon.

The thing arrived without any of the attachment parts, so I’ve no idea if it fits the trimmer or not. It was not clear on the Facebook ad that this would arrive in isolation. The returns policy makes it difficult as the buyer has to pay for postage. Very disappointed.

I also have been ripped off. I bought the strimmer head plus the adapter kit. Neither fit my Bosch strimmer. I complained and got an email saying I couldn’t return it as it had been used, despite informing them it wasn’t used and was still in the original packaging. I have received no reply from a further email. Unfortunately I will now have to contact my Bank to attempt to get a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I'm another moron who fell for the advertisement. They do actually send the trimmer head out to you and it even looks like it might be worth using, but what they don't tell you is that it comes with no instructions or adaptor to allow you to attach it to your trimmer. The adaptor has to be purchased separately. I can't say whether the adaptor is actually any good, because I'm not giving another dollar to this terrible company, who continue to refuse to respond to any of my correspondence.

Buyer beware. I too fell for the advert as our string strimmer is constantly breaking down so thought this would work a treat. Trimmer arrived but could not get it to fit then realised you need an adapter which was not mentioned in the advert. Have gone through Paypal but company are offering a full refund providing I send it back tracked which via Royal Mail is £26.55. So I am totally stuffed, don't know if Paypal will help further but never ever again will I buy from a company I do not know.

Not worth a star but a lower rating not available Like all the other gullible folk I fell for this too. Mention of the need for a conversion kit or whatever totally absent.
£20 down to pan so won't be throwing good money after bad. In my 70s now and as the saying goes "There's no fool like an old fool". Caveat emptor.
