Robert H Ingersoll and his brother Charles founded the Ingersoll Watch Company, one of the oldest American watchmakers. The Ingersoll brothers were pioneers of industry and invention in the field of watchmaking. They devised and followed an ambitious plan: to offer Ingersoll watches to the general public at an affordable price, whilst maintaining real quality and credibility.
Based in New York City, each watch was initially produced by hand, but in 1892, thanks to Henry Ford, Ingersoll succeeded in developing a production line for pocket watches and wristwatches.
With high quality production, precision components and the very reasonable price of $1.00 (a day's wages at that time) the so-called ‘Dollar Watch’ was born.
The Dollar Watch was so popular that over one million were sold.
The Ingersoll Watch Company grew with the demand and made new advances in watch manufacturing; developing the functions and features of Ingersoll watches to create:
The smallest existing pocket watch.
‘RADIOLITE’: the first glow in the dark watch.
The first ever military watch, which was designed with the involvement of the armed forces.
The first character watch, which was commissioned by Disney to feature Mickey Mouse.
Ingersoll watches have been sold continuously since their inception and today the Ingersoll brand is renowned the world over.
Ingersoll continues to maintain the ethos of the Ingersoll brothers and is proud to present a new range of quality, precision timepieces.

Great watches and services
Everything was great! Mr Bhavin was very responsive and helpful in resolving my issues. The delivery was fast to reach my country but delayed in my own country due to international shipping with necessary customs clearance. Received my watches as of 19 December 2024 and am happy with them. They are splendid!

2 weeks after the order not a sign of the watch and parcel stuck in 3rd country
STILL NOT RECEIVED after 2 weeks and no reply from either the company nor rhe courier.
Parcel stuck in 3rd country without any contact options.
VERY BAD SERVICE as they have ghosted me without any reply to multiple mails!!!!!!

To sum it all I have 17 pieces of this…
To sum it all I have 17 pieces of this one of a kind watch and for me the best ones i ever owned. Though duties and taxes applies, it did not matter to me quality wise. The company did great by giving discounts of up to 60 percent and i really enjoyed it. Thank you Ingersoll.. I still have 4 pieces coming.

Ordered easily . Unfortunately out when Parcel force tried to deliver, but no need to worry they came back and delivered. Updated on tracking so knew exactly when it was coming the 2nd time. Beautiful watch in leather pouch, screams class.!!!

Upon checking the tracking status of your parcel this was returned back to us as courier could not deliver the parcel due to insufficient details provided on shipping address.

Later found out the watches are actually made in China 😔
Go for Seiko automatic rather than this.

The watch was fully checked by our team prior to dispatch and was functioning in good order and we also checked our remaining inventory of this model and could not find any unit with this issue.
So, it is an isolated issue which has occur in transit due to sudden impact.
As per your communication with our service team a refund is being processed for the order along with any associated return shipping cost.
