DONT BY FROM THIS RETAILER! Terrible quality so returned and been waiting over a month for a return had to pay for return tracked postage and CS team still not refunding over a month since it’s been returned! Also seeing online questionnaire on problems with the company!

I ordered a case and it came with dents. I tried to talk with them to know if they can offer a solution

They were responsive and resolved my issue.
Communication was very polite and they did not rest until we found an amicable solution.
Im pleased and will shop again there.
Products are beautiful too.

I wouldn’t know the quality of the items because I never received them (order 145657). The tracking information is extremely unclear, and you don’t really find out which postal carrier is handling the shipment until the package has supposedly already been delivered.
Customer service eventually provided me with a refund, although they initially pushed for reshipping the items and even tried to sweeten the deal with a discount code. This was despite me explaining several times that I would be travelling abroad less than three days later and therefore wouldn’t be able to receive a new parcel for the foreseeable future.

When I asked whether they could instead apply the discount code to the refund as a small gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, which I could use to order again with at a later stage, they refused, explaining that the offer was only valid if I accepted a reshipment. I find that incredibly stingy and, quite frankly, childish. Especially considering that they claim to go “above and beyond” for their customers when asking them to leave a 5-star review. Given my experience, that claim is laughable at best.

EDIT: changed my review from 3 stars to 2 stars, as their reply hardly makes sense.
They indicate that they couldnt give an ‘additionel refund’, however, this was never offered, nor asked. A discount code is something entirely diffrent than an additional refund. They are circling around the subject implying things that were never discussed.

Ich habe einen personalisierten Leder-Schlüsselanhänger von INSÉRIF für rund 30 € gekauft. Für mich war gerade der leicht zu öffnende Metallring ein wichtiger Kaufgrund, weil ich einzelne Schlüssel häufig abnehme und wieder befestige.

Leider hat sich genau dieser Ring bereits innerhalb der ersten zwei Tage mehrfach von selbst geöffnet, allein durch das normale Gewicht meiner Schlüssel. Ich habe dadurch mehrmals fast Schlüssel verloren. Sowohl das Material als auch die Konstruktion des Rings wirken auf mich sehr fragil und für den normalen Alltag nicht ausreichend stabil.

Zur Langlebigkeit oder Qualität des Leders kann ich deshalb leider nichts sagen, weil ich das Produkt in diesem Zustand schlicht nicht zuverlässig benutzen kann. Besonders schade finde ich das, weil gerade der praktische Ring der Grund war, weshalb ich mich überhaupt für dieses Produkt entschieden habe.

Der Kundenservice hat mir zwar einen Ersatz angeboten, dafür soll ich allerdings 12,95 € für Bearbeitung und Versand bezahlen. Bei einem Produktpreis von rund 30 € finde ich es weder angemessen, eine derart fragile Qualität bei einem zentralen Bestandteil des Produkts zu liefern, noch anschließend fast die Hälfte des Kaufpreises für den Versand eines Ersatzes zu verlangen.

Bei einem nach zwei Tagen auftretenden Defekt halte ich das außerdem für weder kundenfreundlich noch mit den EU-Regeln zur kostenlosen Nacherfüllung bei mangelhafter Ware vereinbar.

Sehr schade, denn Konzept und Optik haben mir eigentlich gut gefallen. Der Schlüsselring muss aber vor allem eines tun: Schlüssel sicher halten. Genau das tut er bei meinem Exemplar leider nicht. Und deshalb ist es leider rausgeschmissenes Geld.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with INSÉRIF has been incredibly disappointing.

I placed an order for a special 50th birthday gift and paid for delivery to Mallorca. After accepting my order and payment, I was contacted to say that they were actually unable to deliver to the Balearic Islands.

Although this was already frustrating, I tried to find a solution and arranged for the order to be redirected to a UK address, specifically because I knew I would be in London and could collect it. I provided the alternative address and was told it had been successfully updated.

I then heard absolutely nothing for almost two weeks. No dispatch confirmation, no tracking and no update. I eventually had to chase them myself, only to be told that my order had effectively been left sitting in their system and had never moved into the dispatch queue after the address change.

By this point, the 50th birthday had already passed, but I had still arranged to collect the gift while I was in London. I explained that it therefore needed to arrive by Friday. INSÉRIF then confirmed that, due to their own failure to dispatch the order promptly, it would not arrive in time.

I was ultimately left with no choice but to cancel the order and request a refund.

The whole process took weeks, involved numerous emails and left me without the special birthday gift I had ordered in the first place. What makes it particularly frustrating is that there were multiple opportunities for this to have been resolved. If the order had simply been dispatched when the UK address was provided, the situation could have been avoided entirely.

The customer service representative was polite and apologetic, which I do appreciate, but unfortunately apologies don’t make up for such poor order management and communication.

A really disappointing experience from start to finish, and sadly I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from INSÉRIF again.

Customer support was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue and they resolved it quickly and seamlessly.

I’m absolutely delighted with my experience with INSÉRIF. The case is beautiful, elegant, and very high quality. I had a small issue with the personalization, but their customer service was exceptional, especially Pauline, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process.

They offered me a solution and kept me updated every step of the way. It’s so nice to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I would definitely buy from INSÉRIF again and highly recommend them!

Truly one of the most trash items i’ve purchased on the internet. The materials they produce for the phone cases are plastic, and some sort of paper. I purchased two phone cases at once and both were trashed within a week’s use. I cannot believe thy get away with such poor products.

The website was easy to use, the products seem high quality, the styles are nice and attractive, and the shipping was timely.

I really liked the phone case and how it looks and feels. Also the shipping was super fast and loved how you could track it anytime.

Terrible Service, nearly 10 days and still nothing has arrived...I contacted them to find out what was going on and they didnt recognise my order at first!!! Then told me to contact my local courier but couldn't tell me who the local courier was....If I could could cancel a get refund I would.
