Way better alternatives…
Honestly you can skip these leather goods. I got a passport cover for a friend, and the quality is very bad. It is crooked, there are exposed threads, and a passport barely fits in the designated pocket. Unfortunately I got it engraved so I cannot return it.
Also the website feels so scammy, because you can’t leave a review for a purchased item….

Handy Hülle ist nach 4 Monaten abgeschrappt und das Leder geht ab. Nicht den Preis wert!
Kundenservice wirkt zunächst freundlich , aber es passiert nichts!
War schon meine zweite Bestellung , mit der ich unzufrieden war. Beim ersten Mal passte die Hülle nicht zu dem entsprechendem Handy.
Kundenservice war letztlich aber sehr entgegenkommend!

Really happy with my experience with INSÉRIF.
Unfortunately, the original MacBook case I received had a fitment issue. I contacted their customer support team and Nica was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She kept me updated, listened to my concerns, and ultimately arranged a replacement at no additional cost.
I was understandably a little worried that the replacement might have the same issue, so Nica arranged for it to be specifically checked against my MacBook model before it was dispatched.
I've now received the replacement and it fits perfectly. The case looks great and I'm really happy with the quality and the final result.
A big thank you to Nica for her help and for making sure the issue was resolved properly. Things can occasionally go wrong with an order, but the way a company handles it makes all the difference.
Very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend INSÉRIF!

Disappointing quality and customer…
Disappointing quality and customer service
I purchased a personalized MacBook case from INSÉRIF in March, and within just a few months of normal, careful use, the bottom began cracking at the corners and physically chipping apart. My laptop has never been dropped or subjected to any accidental impact.
I contacted INSÉRIF requesting a replacement for just the broken bottom piece, but instead they classified the damage as normal “wear and tear” and offered me 25% off the purchase of an entirely new case. After I pushed back, they increased the discount to 40% but still refused to replace the broken piece.
Their explanation that these are “hand-finished bespoke items” requiring careful handling makes little sense to me. A laptop case is meant to withstand normal use and protect your laptop. Being bespoke shouldn’t mean it starts falling apart within months.
For the price, I expected much better quality and customer service. I declined the discount and unfortunately cannot recommend this product.

I ordered several items from INSÉRIF as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the cardholder arrived with a few visible defects, so I contacted customer service and sent them photos of the damaged areas.
Within just a few hours, I received a very friendly response from Nica. My concern was handled quickly and professionally and I received a full refund for the damaged cardholder.
A big thank you to Nica because the entire communication was really friendly and solution-oriented.
The products themselves look really nice. I can’t comment on the durability of the materials yet, as the items are a gift and haven’t been used yet.
