I bought the Grey MagSafe Pebble Leather Personalized Case and I absolutely love it! The grey pebble leather looks elegant and feels really high-quality, while the MagSafe works perfectly. I also love the personalized touch as it makes the case feel unique without being too flashy. It fits my phone perfectly and offers a great balance between style and protection. Definitely recommend! It’s a scam
It’s a scam. Don’t recommend anyone buying phone case from them. I bought a lizard pattern phone case and came with a totally different pattern as they have shown on the website and staff said “that is natural variation”? IT IS NOT A REAL LIZARD LEATHER! I don’t understand what they mean natural variation on a printed leather. The case i received it’s so ugly and defo not worth £66. I have sent around 4 emails to them and they refused my return request because it’s customized. But my point it’s this is a fraud item looks totally different with what do I see on the website.

The lizard effect is a processed finish applied to the genuine leather to create the textured lizard-style appearance. As noted in the product description, the natural characteristics and pattern can vary from one piece to another, so each case can have a unique appearance.
We understand, however, that the case you received may look different from what you expected and we’re happy to review this with you. We can confirm that you contacted our team over the weekend and our customer service team will be responding to you shortly to look into your concerns.

Helpful customer service, product durability could use work
I had my phone case for one month before it started peeling and the gold monogram lettering started to flake off. I emailed customer service with my concerns and they were super helpful and ordered me another one although I did have to pay shipping and for the monogram. They offer beautiful products, I think just need to work on some sort of shell protection so the work isn't undone after one month of use. Cannot stress how kind and helpful the staff is though so overall I'm very pleased.

Great quality leather products
Great quality leather products, refreshed the look of my Apple products for fall. I did receive a damaged Ipad case due to transit, but the great customer service team helped to replace it promptly after I provided them with evidence. Poor quality
The cases do not last. I have used it for less than a year and the paint on the case that covers the camera lens is already chipping off. The plastic rim surrounding the case has already been scratched off. The one I got on temu is better quality and last longer than this. Extremely disappointed.

Disappointed With the Product Condition, Despite Great Customer Service
I’m still coordinating with their customer service, and I honestly have to say that their customer service has been very responsive and accommodating. Unfortunately, the refund process and resolution offered so far have been disappointing.
The laptop sleeve arrived in poor condition despite being brand new. I had not even used it outside, but the stitching was already coming apart in some areas, and the overall condition made the sleeve look as though it had already been used.
I was really looking forward to receiving this item, so this was especially disappointing. I requested a refund and was initially offered a 25% partial refund. This was later increased to 30%, along with a $15 gift card.
While I appreciate their efforts to find a resolution, my main concern is that I received a product in a condition that I did not expect from a brand-new item. At this point, I also don’t feel comfortable purchasing from the brand again, so unfortunately the gift card does not really resolve the issue for me.
I’m genuinely sad about the experience because I was so excited about this purchase and really wanted to love the product. I’m still hoping they can provide a fair resolution.

Don't waste your money.
Terribly cheap looking and really bad printing when it comes to personalised cases. The product was advertised butter yellow and is a sandy brown for sure.
Also my screen protector didn't get delivered either, I have changed from a 2* to a 3* purly for the lady who dealt with my refund, she was so nice and the customer service was spot on so thank you for that.

🚨I would strongly caution anyone before ordering from INSÉRIF.
I requested cancellation of my non personalised order 5 hours after placing it. Despite confirming they received my request but 3 days later they proceeded to ship the order internationally anyway.
They are now refusing to refund me unless I return the parcel at my own expense, and have specifically refused my request for a prepaid return label meaning I am expected to pay international return postage for an order I cancelled before they even dispatched it.
I’ve also raised questions regarding applicable consumer cancellation rights, but rather than directly addressing them, INSÉRIF has repeatedly referred me back to its own “orders cannot be cancelled once placed” policy. They have decided their ‘policy’ overrides consumer law.
Their website heavily presents INSÉRIF as a UK-based, family-owned brand and repeatedly uses language such as “handmade”, “handcrafted”, “hand-finished” and “made to order”. Based on that presentation, I certainly did not expect my order to be shipped directly from China. It was only AFTER shipment, when I received the tracking information, that I discovered my parcel was coming through a Chinese cross-border carrier.
I feel completely misled by this experience. Please do your research before ordering.
