Just want to write a short review here since a lot of people have written negative reviews. I called customer service around noon mountain time and was a little frustrated at the time I was on hold at first, but be patient and they will pick up. It probably took about 20-25 minutes. When connected, the representative was perfectly polite and helpful and I was connected to my account, updated it, and I was on my way.

They mailed out my insurance packet 2 weeks from the deadline of exclusion. I got the packet AFTER the deadline. Their response; oh well, no insurance from you.

Fraud and scam company

I have tried using their chat before anything else, and I either get no response or it times out and boots me to the beginning of the queue again. This is so frustrating.

When chat doesn’t work, I have sent emails to their Contact Center, only to hear back 7 business days later for an answer to a rather simple question. When they emailed me back, they didn’t fully explain or answer my questions, so I wanted to continue speaking about their response but using this method is not a very effective means to get answers or have someone work with me on issues or account questions. My second email regarding my issue was on Monday and I still have not heard back. We’re looking at 2 weeks plus for account/fund questions and no complete answers.

Forget calling... thats another dead end.

Totally fruad company. The company saying to all remotely employees the 158 papers project for 4740$. After being complete the project the company demands 78$ from employee

I wish we had moved to Insperity sooner. Everything was a bit chaotic with our old system and we just couldn't keep up anymore. Onboarding was rushed (partly our fault) but still went pretty smoothly. My only regret was not making the change sooner.

Nothing arrived, website said USA but delivery was China 🇨🇳 30 day delivery schedule. 43 days later nothing arrived and no response from suppler.

Garbage company, reason we fired them and went with a company that knew what they were doing.

Fraud Company. I still have all the evidence.
complete data entry project as a remotely Employee. $4740 payment not received yet.
