Never tried cooking with airfryer before and am very impressed with it! Cooked perfect fries just in a few minutes and with no added oil, amazing!

A wonderful addition to my kitchen and very easy to cook almost everything with this Air-fryer! (even a cake). If you are looking for more healthy and fun cooking, this is a good gadget to have at home!

I am so in love with my Air Fryer. It's changed my life! Love using it to experiment with different foods and love how easy and fast it is to prepare recipes. A must have kitchen gadget!

I can't believe how good it is, the functions are amazing. It cooks wedges so quickly and chicken, wings and thighs in it are honestly ridiculous.

I've been using their Air Fryer every day since I received it. It's very useful as it cooks much quicker than a normal oven and it's very easy to clean. I've tried many recipes already and they all worked quite well. I love that I can use much less oil than when I'm baking in the oven or frying. I will definitely keep using it very frequently for a healthier way of cooking.

I've used mine a few times now for various recipes and absolutely love it! I'm a food developer and photographer so using new tech to help elevate my recipes is something I'm always excited by and the Instantpot really exited me. I also love how you can dehydrate as well although I am yet to try this out. So far, I love it and would definitely recommend - especially for ease!

After several uses my air fryer still emits such a strong odor of hot plastic. I put it in the garage when using it. I like everything about the unit except the taste of burnt plastic on the food.

I bought duo evo plus pressure cooker 9 in 1 for me. It turned out to be defective and their customer service was a nightmare. Not sure why they couldn't just replace it, but they refused. Very disappointed.

Useful; however, I am hesitant to use it every day. I am afraid that it might explode.

I bought an Instant Pot in December 2019 and last month something happened to the pot and it didn't work anymore. I contacted the service, they were very helpful and sent me a new product. So the problem started because I have another pan (which is not working) and the company did not receive it. I asked the customer service person but Instant Pot is not responsible for the product that stopped working. The suggestion is to put it in the trash. I think that in 2020 it is UNBELIEVABLE that a company behaves like this. Where is your attention for the environment? In addition, you are missing a great point to understand what happened and improve the next products.

This does not reflect on the actual pot as it's brilliant. However, the customer care is unhelpful in many ways. I took out a pot for my mum and bought some extra parts. When they arrive the parts did not come with the pot. I was later told that they come separately and that if I did not need them again I can refuse them at the door when royal mail delivers them.

When royal mail delivered them they where a basic padded small little envelope with NO returning address.

The postman said if you do not accept the envelope it will be kept by royal mail because there's no return address.

I was forced upon to receiving the spare parts. Yes I know I ordered them but I am aloud to change my mind. Plus it shouldn't of been so difficult for me to refuse the parcel.

I emailed them and I called them no response.i had to take out a dispute with PayPal to get them to send me a return address. And they stated that they will also reimburse my postal charges.this has as been an inconvenience for me in many ways. I have managed to prepare for postage. I have sent them an email and as per usual I have not heard anything form them. I know this is deliberate as in the beginning the emails flow pretty quick.now they ignore you.

If I can help it I will never purchase directly from them again.not nice people to deal with.i will still get in touch with PayPal as what they have done to force me to take something I no longer wish to keep is crafty and cunning.

My instant pot broke down after 3 months. I've been trying to reach their support section and have uploaded several documents the last month but they don't seem to care.
