Excellent job done from start to finish. Ross & fraser turned up everyday on time they kept us involved from start to finish great job done by these two guys .

Delighted with our recent bathroom installation. Couple of concerns we had were delt with immediately. Tradesmen were prompt everyday and very respectful of property. Girls in the office were great at keeping us updated.Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Don’t normally write reviews. Absolutely excellent, had an large bathroom fitted last week. From start to finish the boys were great, very friendly and diligent work. Stuart the tiler done a really exceptional job. As did Colin and the young lads that removed and fitted the bathroom. Would recommend to all. Nice touch as they sent flowers to us on completion. Brilliant

I had my new kitchen done 2 days ago and I couldn’t be happier. This design perfectly matches with my vision. I had to choose from wide range of samples which all were stunning. The team of Instyle Kitchen & Bathrooms was so friendly. They called me in advance to remind about appointment time and kept in touch with me through all process. As a result of professional approach the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.
I highly recommend Instyle Kitchen & Bathrooms for their quality work with a reliable and skilled team.

Tradesmen had no respect for neighbouring properties. Rubbish just dumped outside my window. 4 days now and refusing to move for another 3 days. Not sure why they would dump it here rather than outside own property or next to refuse area. Disgusting. (in response to their response below, aggressive, bullying and demeaning... Well that's all I have to say!) **Update 23/11/23: So I got a phone call from a Craig Douglas at Instyle today offering his upmost apology. He did not seem aware of the anonymous response below from his team which tried to intimidate, belittle and embarress me. The anonymous response was factually not correct and seemed to blame my neighbour (ie. his client) for the trouble. I appreciate the apology but I hope your team can use this to learn some common decency and improve customer service skills going forward.

Recently we have had a new kitchen fitted, from beginning to end the whole process simple and straight forward and professional. All Instyle staff were great and all the rubbish taken away quickly. Highly recommend. Thank you to all,the fitters were very professional brilliant job done.

It's been over a year now.Reduced the bathroom size without informing us. Wet walled over our tiles. Used inferior products. I could crush the inferior pipes they installed. It also leaked a few times, causing flooding of the bathroom. Had to call remedial a few times, which to be fair, they attended. Water pressure has been reduced. Sink size was reduced without informing us. Shower unit blew up, was told it wasn't their fault despite relocating the electronic points.

Just had bathroom completed today really love it

Great company to deal with. Their after sales service is superb. Even after a few years they are still interested in their customer satisfaction. Would thoroughly recommend this excellent company.

Just had an ensuite installed and I'm so happy with everything. Bathroom totally transformed. Fitters Ross and William did a fantastic job. Thank you also to Allan for design and advice.

Had my bathroom installed on the 27th June 2023. A few wee teething problems on day one of the installation with the agreed design but between me and the installer mark we got there lol. Mark and Jamie where fantastic throughout the job and kept me involved throughout. Can't recommend instyle enough. Delighted with my bathroom, the workmanship and even how tidy they where during and at the end.

Just had my Kitchen and Bathroom completed by Instyle and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. The delivery boys through to the fitters were all very polite and a joy to have in my house. I would highly recommend Instyle.
