Super quick installation came out quickly to fit and kitchen lovely a few minor snags but they came out quickly and fixed which was great unfortunately we are still trying to get the cellophane off the work surfaces and silicone off wall panels we keep picking away at it.

I recently had a bathroom installed whilst on holiday. When I returned the fitters did a really good shape but there were scratches and scuff marks all over my hallway.

I contacted customer services and was told to send in pictures of the damage which I did.

I have tried to negotiate a date for my hallway to be repainted on numerous occasions but as yet the owner of the company has not provided a date for this to be carried out.

Kitchen is now amazing. Instyle staff were great. Polite and courteous in my home and all the rubbish taken away. Give yourselves a pat on the back guys.

Wow honestly what can I say about this, I couldn't recommend instyle enough. The job the boys carried out had absolutely blew me away it lived up to my expectations and more. The boys that had come and fit the kitchen were very well mannered and answered any questions I had to ask. If you are wanting a kitchen (or bathroom) done properly then look no where else than this company. From the enquiry to design and to the finish of the job ran so smooth with no hiccups at all they even come and take the old kitchen away which saved alot of bother. Absolutely delighted with the bathroom fitted by Instyle. From removing the old bathroom to completing the new every member of the team worked hard and were very professional. They consulted me when doing everything. There was a very small leak due to a valve not being tightened and when I called they appeared the same day to fix it. To top it all off a week after completion we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from them. The card simply read enjoy your new bathroom. What a great personal touch. Would highly recommend them and will be calling them when I'm looking to upgrade my kitchen. Thank you Instyle.

I bought a shower room from Instyle. It was installed within two weeks of ordering. The fitters were Mark and Jamie, two nice guys and they worked hard. I had thought I was getting all the finishing off work done, like plaster work and painting, but that isn’t part of the deal. So be aware of that. I had a couple of issues with a leaking pipe and a humming noise from a mirror light . These are sorted. I found all the staff I was in contact with very friendly and helpful. Today I came home to find a lovely flower arrangement from Instyle. That was a nice touch. I am glad the work is done.

Worst experience ever dealing with this company, kitchen fitted on 18th May & they have been back out 3 times & things not any better, I now have a microwave & oven that is not safe to use, the company not answering any of my emails & now have to go down the civil court route, Avoid at all costs not interested after they have your money.

Absolutely in love with our new bathroom! Every single person we dealt with was lovely. The fitting itself was stress free and the banter from all the guys added to the experience. Special thanks to Sharon, Stewart, Jamie and Mark, although the rest of the guys were brilliant too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and, when we can afford it, would use them for the kitchen. My inlaws paid around 5K to have a small kitchen installed in their flat. They installed part of it as it was due to lockdown they had to stop. during lockdown my mother in law died (not covid) they sort of finished it in pieces but it was a very poor cheap installation including the oven & hob cheap cupboards, they did'nt have soft close doors my wife was told just stick on some rubber stoppers on the cabinets?. Very poor finish, cracked and dented doors edges uneven units not enough sockets and even worse 1 socket 15cm away from a steel sink. Which I found out my father in law who is 87 put his kettle on. They came out a few times to try and sort out issues, waste of time they sent different people who never even knew what they were there for. We were fed up chasing Instyle who stopped even responding to us, really bad customer service, owners just not interested. Do not deal with this company & kitchen still not finished! We have waited this long for the review as we have been going through the process of trying to get some sort of resolution or money back at least.
