Very easy and friendly to talk to. Emily explained everything I was unsure of. Finding insurance can be a frustrating and time consuming thing to do, but with the help I had received it was done and approved in less than an hour. I would highly recommend insurance first.

Really good service
Rhyse took us through the cover we had and where we could make improvements while still being within the same rough budget and made recommendations based on our needs. Very helpful, very pleasant and very professional.

Couldn't speak more highly of the service recieved
We have been so impressed by the service that we have received from the team at Insurance First - especially from Dan Coldron.
Dan has remained professional throughout our telephone meetings but has been such a delight to communicate with. He has been friendly, compassionate and attentive to our needs and has gone above and beyond to help and advise us through our renewal process.
We couldn't speak more highly of Dan. It has been a weight off our shoulders to trust his expertise and we are very grateful for his patience.
We have also spoken with Claire Blake and she has also been helpful, patient and kind to us.

Curtis got me FANTASTIC cover
Curtis Jay has been simply fantastic. It has been a long process of backwards and forwarding to get all of my information sorted for life insurance, critical illness and income protection. But Curtis has stuck with it and always with a smile and a nice word. He's an absolute pleasure to deal with, as have been the entire team. What's more I've got top notch cover.
