Brilliant!
We did our life insurance application through Insurance First, hand in hand with our mortgage application. Rhys was brilliant every step of the way, explained everything to us and no question or request was ever too much. Also, when talking about personal health topics, as is often the case with life insurance, we were made to feel at ease and comfortable. Would definitely use this company again, and would recommend to anybody.

Relaxed and easy
The whole process was easy, non invasive and comfortable. Emily was so polite and enthusiastic, it was like talking to an old friend.

Great service
We have used mortgages/insurance first on several occasions and have never had any complaints. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they always take your thoughts into consideration when selecting products. Shout out to Rhyse for his persistence and patience in trying to chase us down this whole time to renew - we knew it was needed and it was always on our list to do and we finally got round to doing it. He was very helpful and done it all for us which we also can’t complain about. Superb help all round - much appreciated!

Excellent expert advice on insurance
I was looking for a mortgage and income insurance and was having trouble finding it due to my pre-existing medical conditions. Was referred to Insurance First and Kane Wilson was my case officer. He went above and beyond to find me an amazing alternative. Insurance First doesn't charge anything from the clients and give experet advice. Kane was friendly, understanding, knowledgble and helpful. I would definitely recommend Insurance First.
