These guys have made everything about getting solar panels very easy. From the no pressure selling at the very start, to the day of the installation which was done in 1 day and the guys left my property spotless, to the after sales support too. You won’t go wrong if you choose to go with Integral

From start to finish there was no sales pressure whatsoever they are so professional and nothing was too much trouble. The two engineers that fitted were brilliant plus the weather conditions were not very good they cleared everything away and wouldn't leave until we fully understood how everything worked I would highly recommend them.

We had our solar panels and storage battery fitted 2 weeks ago on Thursday 04 December’25.Owner Graham had visited a few weeks earlier giving us a comprehensive plan and pricing.After due diligence and checks we decided to go with Integral.
Scaffolding upon Tuesday.Electricians Brendan and Harry arrived at 8am Thursday.Heavy rain but this didn’t stop Ruben,Lewis and Reno from fitting the 12 solar panels.All cables were ran on the outside of our property.Battery and inverter fitted in utility room.A professional installation.All team members worked well with each other and got the job done in very trying conditions.Brendon and Harry even thanked our neighbours for allowing access to their property to complete the installation!Scaffolding down the same day.

After lots of research we chose Integral, what a great decision we made. Transparent from start to finish, very fair pricing, no sales patter just facts. Fitting team have been brilliant, polite, courteous,very tidy, punctual , nothing was too much trouble, very happy with every aspect of Integral .

Graham came to the house and explained everything to us, not pushy at all, never making us feel we had to use his company. So glad we did, everything went well, scaffolding up one day, installation the next and scaffolding down the following day. Lewis and Harry, who did the installation were super, answered our questions, moved things in the garage for us to make room for the battery and inverter, all the electrics down neatly, and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. Can't recommend this company highly enough. Thank you Graham, Ross and Terri and the scaffolding and installation teams.

I was initially quite sceptical about solar panels but after watching my electricity bill just keep going up and up I decided to do some research.
I had firstly spoken to a business that my local council had recommended, they didn’t really seem to care about the questions I had, they just wanted the business from me.
This is when I started to look at other companies and came across Integral, from the first time I met Graham I was really impressed, there was no pushy sales talk, we just spoke about what I wanted and what he would recommend. As soon as Graham left I knew I would be using them for my install.
I waited a few weeks for the installation but that was due to Integral being busy completing other installations (always a good sign) when the lads turned up to install everything they were all great. Very polite, clean, tidy and respectful of my house. The managed to get everything sorted in the day and the scaffolding came down the same day. If you are looking at Solar panels I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Graham and his team - absolutely amazing service

Graham had an initial meeting with my husband and was happy to answer my questions over the phone the following week. I had a question about removing a radiator to make room for the battery and he checked the photos I sent him and phoned me straight back. Reno, Harry and Daniel were the roofer and electricians. All polite and friendly, hardworking, a good team, explained what they were doing and clarified issues with me etc. Neat job. Got us set up on the app. Scaffolding went up beforehand as arranged. A good price for panels, battery, inverter and EV charger. Definitely recommend them.

Great service. Integral gave a clear overview of the technology and provided transparent and competitive prices. No heavy sales. No pitching of finance products. Graham came highly recommended by a friend. Lads who did the installation were polite, kept us informed and left the place clean. I can see why Graham and the team at Integral get such good reviews. I would certainly recommend a conversation with them if you are considering solar.

After much research into solar panels I chose Graham and his team, they did an excellent job of my solar panels and battery and I would seriously suggest to anyone who is thinking of purchasing solar and battery to do so from this company, Great people, great price and fitted in a day .

The team that came to install the system were hard working and very efficient, stayed late until everything was up and running, and left it clean and tidy. Aftercare is great, Graham has been on hand to help with any Queries.

I received a pre-sales chat with Graham about a solar and battery requirement. Graham was very informative and presented a number of solutions that would fit my requirements. I decided to purchase a Hanchu battery and inverter from Integral Solar Solutions.

Within two weeks, the sytem was installed, in a very neat, professional manner. The engineer was excellent who installed it and answered any questions I put to him. I would conclude this is a very professional, knowledgeable company within this field and would recommend to others.

Graham from Integral visited me on 17th October, and we discussed possible solutions for both solar and battery solution. He then presented me with a quotation which I was happy with, and we arranged a delivery date just three weeks later.

He said that :
Scaffolding would be put up the day before the installation, and then taken down the next working day after the installation.
The kit would arrive on the day of the installation, ready for when the team arrived.

Here’s what happened :
Thursday 6th November, scaffolding arrived.

Friday 7th November, Graham arrived at 7:45, the kit was delivered for 8:10 and the team arrived for 8:30. Each of the lads introduced themselves to me, all were very friendly. The lads worked hard all day, never even stopped for lunch and they tidied up after themselves.

Over the weekend, the solar was giving some sporadic results, I dropped Graham a message on the Saturday, and within minutes he was on the phone (he could see exactly what I could see in the app). He then postponed the removal of the scaffolding for Monday just in case there was an issue with the panels, and arranged for one of his engineers to review the installation, he also requested support from Hanchu to verify their equipment. It was soon sorted, and the very next morning, the scaffolding was taken down.

All in all, a great customer experience from all of the teams involved.

First of all, I agree with the reviewer’s assessment that Graham didn’t make a big sales push; instead, he provided us with solid knowledge and facts. We’re so glad we chose Integral Solar Solutions for our solar PV and battery installation. From our initial call with Graham, his knowledge and professionalism were evident. This professionalism was reflected in his team of scaffolders, who quickly erected and dismantled the scaffolding, and in his team of installers, who were friendly and efficient. Both teams arrived on time and promptly began their tasks. Follow-up messages with Graham and Terri were also friendly, and they’ve been more than happy to answer any questions we’ve had. We highly recommend Integral Solar Solutions to anyone.

Only started our solar search in the beginning of October when Graham came to visit, he spent a couple of hours putting a design together. His knowledge and explanation on our proposed plan was superb, along with his no pressure approach attitude. We said yes straight away and our solar system was fitted on the 15/10/25, everything went to plan because the lads Harry, Brendon & Ruben we’re brilliant. Scaffolding went up Tuesday - solar Wednesday and scaffolding down Thursday. We are now the happy owners of 16 panels which are saving our energy demands from the get go. I will be recommending Integral Solar Solutions to anyone who wants to start the same journey to become Green and self sufficient. From start to finish, we could not ask for a better service. Graham came out and looked at the property, orientation, asked questions on our current and possible future usage and advised on best solution. There was no over-selling, or outlandish promises, just straight talking, real world estimations. The install was swift; scaffolders did their bit on the Monday, Installers on the Tuesday and Scaffolding back down on the Wednesday. Installers were prompt, polite and tidied up. They went through the set up, along with phone and PC access to live data. Terri followed up in the evening to make sure we were happy. Graham rang the next day to follow up and suggest on a couple of setting changes to benefit how we charge our EV's overnight. 10/10 cant fault them.

Graham and the whole team at Integral were brilliant from start to finish. No nonsense approach all the way through - no pressure to accept the quote (unlike a lot of the bigger companies that call 10x a day and offer "1 day only, take it or leave it prices"), with clear facts and information provided, pulled from years of experience. The installation was seamless - the guys were polite, cracked on with the work, and commissioned and explained the whole system before leaving. Really happy with the end results. We're 100 miles away in the Midlands, but didn't feel any different to if we were 2 miles away - Graham conducted an on site survey ahead of the work to reassure us, and is always easy to reach for any post installation queries or tweaks.
