From start to finish, our experience with Integral has been everything you could hope for. Graham visited in person to assess both our requirements and the property, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for.
He seems a genuinely honest and knowledgeable guy who gave straightforward, unbiased advice rather than a sales pitch. He recommended a particular system which, reassuringly, aligned with the conclusions I’d already reached through my own research. We then spent a considerable amount of time discussing the pros and cons of various alternatives, with plenty of anecdotes for good measure, which allowed me to make a fully informed decision.
Graham was patient, approachable, and always willing to answer questions, no matter how detailed or technical. At no point did I feel under pressure to make a decision.

A light-hearted warning to future customers: if you have any donkeys in the house, make sure they're well hidden before Graham arrives-he can certainly talk the hind legs off one! Fortunately, in this case, that's a compliment; his enthusiasm and willingness to share his expertise are genuinely refreshing.

The installation itself was equally impressive. The scaffolding was erected the day before as planned, and on installation day Adam and Harry arrived promptly at 8:00am. Both were friendly, professional and incredibly efficient. It was immediately obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing, but what really stood out was how much care they took over the details.
Throughout the installation they kept me fully informed, regularly checking that I was happy with decisions such as cable routes and trunking positions, and looking for ways to achieve the neatest possible finish. Rather than simply taking the easiest option, they clearly took pride in doing the job properly.
Once the hardware was installed, they took the time to set up the battery system and EV charger, and patiently walked me through the various apps and controls. They didn’t leave until they were satisfied that everything was working correctly and, more importantly, that I was comfortable using the system myself.

Terri in the office is a real accent to the company, unfailingly approachable and helpful.

In an industry where trust is essential, Integral have been professional, knowledgeable and transparent throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a solar and battery installation.

Visited the house to ascertain what was required and how the system would work. Best quote price and quality wise. Installed 18 panels plus battery today and am now not using the grid. I realise its June but am very pleased with the installation. Happy wife as well, panels look very good.

From start to end Integral I could not have asked for better. Graham walked me through the entire process and gave me an incredibly competitive quote. Any time I had questions he answered and was amazing throughout. Terri in the office was incredibly polite, funny and was amazing for all questions and getting the ball rolling. The team who installed the system, Adam, Harry, and Rinor, were the best team I could have asked for. They checked everything with me as they completed the job and made sure it was to my spec the whole way. Phenomenal job the entire way and have recommended the company to everyone I know interested in solar. 10/10 will not regret these guys.

Really, really good company to use. Graham was really easy to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly, but above all seemed genuinely concerned with me getting what I wanted - so much so that I ended up with a 15 panel system (as opposed to an 8 panel system that I'd been quoted elsewhere), in a better location, with a gateway - for less money! No upfront payment. Quick in getting me booked in for install. Super helpful and decent install team. Everything working wonderfully. And aftercare and support team also flawless service. I can't think of a reason not to use them.

The process with the team at Integral is excellent. From working through the price and the questions we had, they made things simple and easy for us to make a decision to use them for our solar purchase. The 3 day turnaround is great (scaffolding up, install and scaffolding down). And the team that installed were polite and helpful throughout the day. Highly recommended

Really pleased with our installation. From receiving the initial design and quote to setting the date for installation was a breeze. The installation crew were a pleasure to have around, they worked so hard, explained everything, and were happy to answer any questions.

I have been looking for Solar and a Battery solution for my home for a number of years now, but nothing quite clicked. Cost was too high, pushy sales, bad advice. With concerns about energy this year, I reluctantly revisited the idea and was soon met with confusing information and the usual pushy sales chat. That was until I spoke with Graham from INTEGRAL, he was an absolute game changer from the start, genuine focus on the customers needs, real experience and knowledge of the products. Graham did not push the sales pitch and I had ample time to review his suggestions. I researched the products he had recommended and they were highly rated across the Internet. Other Solar Installers could not come close to the quote Graham gave either, some saying it was not cost effective but rang me back multiple times if I would change my mind and go with a bigger more established company. I am so glad I didn't listen and stuck with Graham and his team they have been excellent throughout. My advice is read the reviews, check the products triple check with other quotes and you will still come back to INTEGRAL. From initial chat to commission took about 2 months but most of the time was waiting on paperwork to be completed by third parties. Graham came for final survey checks, scaffolding went up and then I had the pleasure of having Louis, Harry and Brandon come and fit the system. They were punctual and professional, I offered plenty of brews but I never once saw them taking a break. I genuinely thought this would take days, nope 24 panels and a battery/invertor was completed very quickly and they had attention to detail ensuring cables were neat and everything was symmetrical. Once set up they took me through the system. Terri in the office rang me before the three lads left to ensure everything was to my satisfaction, which it was and more. Graham phoned a short time later and surprised me by saying he had took deliver of the latest solar panels that were more powerful and better looking, and had decided to upgrade what he had originally quoted me for for no additional cost. I can not recommend Graham and the team enough it has simply been one of the best 'big' purchases of my life.

Extremely happy with Integral. From our first chat for advice, to quote, to installation. They are v easy to deal with and the install was priced sensibly. What I particularly like is the pre install and post install care and support that they provide regarding DNO application, tarrifs etc to maximise your savings over time. Would highly recommend.

Consultancy, the time they were willing to give to explain options and configurations and making sure I was confident in what I was getting as I knew next to noting about solar systems. The pre install care and communication was brilliant. Install team were also fantastic, very respectful and helpful, showing me the work and taking time to explain the app and ensuring there is plenty of after sales assistence if I need it. Very happy!

What a company nothing to much trouble, great set of lads who can't do enough for you everything spotless when they finish fully recommend to anyone who is thinking of having solar panels

I had been considering getting solar installed for some time but was nervous about getting someone i could trust and not cowboys. I was recommended Integral by a colleague of my wife’s. From day one Integral were excellent. From Graham the boss who did the design after asking what i wanted from solar, Terri in the office who organises everything to the lads doing the work. I couldn’t praise them all enough. The scaffolding was installed when planned and removed the day after the solar was installed. Everywhere left tidy with no disruption. I am an electrician and didn’t want cables everywhere. The installation lads discussed with me their plan for installation and I was very happy with it. They carried out the plan to perfection with no cables to be seen. If you are thinking of having solar installed you shouldn’t look any further than Integral you will not be disappointed. Thank you integral for not letting me down 👌

From start to finish the whole process was easy.
Graham and Terri were very polite and friendly answering and explaining any questions that I had.
On the day of installation, the crew turned up and again were friendly and polite, they started working straight away and they never stopped until the install was done, the job was tidy and looked good.
The lads tidied up after themselves, making sure I was happy with everything and then explained the app to me before leaving.
So would I recommend Integral? Absolutely. Its rare to find a company that genuinely delivers, this Business does.

What a brilliant experience. Graham reached out immediately and was everything you want from someone quoting for solar — honest, friendly, straight‑talking and clearly very knowledgeable. His price was the best by far, and after doing my own research, the components he uses are top‑tier too. Terri in admin was superb, keeping everything running smoothly and always available to help. The installation team were a credit to the company: four friendly, polite lads who worked hard, respected the property, cleaned up perfectly and made sure I understood the app before they left. I rarely leave reviews, but this company absolutely earned it. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Wow! Just WOW... Excellent service from start to finish. Scaffolding up 1 day, solar fitted the next, then scaffolding down the third day. Beautiful job and great lads. The after sales can't be faulted when I had a few questions about the app, so all in all very pleased I went with them.

I chose Graham and his company due to them having Sigenergy. Excellent system that has a great app to enable full control and AI to manage import/export optimisation. The battery and inverter are compact and look nice installed. The black panels look amazing.

Brilliant service from Integral from start to finish. Graham listened to what we wanted to achieve and put together a solution which exceeded our expectations and at a very competitive price . The installation team were brilliant, introduced themselves on arrival and explained everything before starting. Worked professionally and tirelessly in the 26 degree heat to complete the installation of 18 panels and 10 kWh battery by 4.00pm. Can highly recommend Integral !!!!
