I ordered a Tulip Bouquet with a standard Vase. Looks great! My girlfriend really loved the colours and presentation. Very straightforward watering instructions. At the end of the day 10/10.

The flowers were for my sister who lost her son in the Gisborne work van crash. The bouquet I chose was bright and beautiful. The one sent was so dull and in brown paper. The only thing like the one I chose was the colour of the ribbon. And I made sure to choose winter flowers. So dissatisfied and disappointed. $130 wasted!

Easy straight forward ordering and payment process. Rapid delivery service purchased and my friend in another country messaged to advise she received flowers a few hours later.
My only negative comment is I was not notified the delivery was completed and only knew via my friends contact.
Being in another country the best form of contact would have been via email. I cannot recall if there was any part of the ordering process that asked which method of contact I preferred to confirm delivery of flowers. However I’m still very happy with the overall service. Thank you.

Amazing and brilliant

The service was good. The only downfall was the shop that made up these flowers. Yes they were on time and actually my wife was very happy and said they were really really nice. Now after a few days when I rang and spoke my wife I could hear the disappointment in her voice when I asked how they were. Some of the flowers only lasted two days, where the rest lasted 5 days. I work away and this was just a nice treat. Given how much these flowers cost (over a hundred might I add) I feel this was a complete let down. I buy flowers quite a lot and most of them last at least 5 days. Not two+

Great selection, fast & efficient,

I'm not entirely impressed with the selection of flowers for this arrangement. I know certain flowers are seasonal and you can only provide what's in stock. But I choose this specific bouquet for the bright pink, orange & yellow flowers. Instead most of it was white flowers and a lot of greenery as filler with a couple of yellow and orange flowers. Not really happy for the selection for the price as the person I sent them to is a very bright person and these flowers were kinda bland.

The service was great, but I was disappointed with the mystery bouquet. It was quite underwhelming for the price, and I expected better value for the cost.

Flowers great and delivered on time

Five stars for the convenience of ordering a birthday bouquet and gift from overseas. Four stars for value: I chose (and paid extra for) the deluxe size of the bouquet, but the picture I received from the giftee seemed kind of normal sized, not spectacular. The giftee said she loved the colors of the flowers (deep reds and purples), and that the chocolate I added to the order was delicious. The options to add chocolate and hand lotion individually was nice since I thought the optional gift set contained some things the giftee wouldn't like (i.e. peanut butter and some sort of sauce). Would have been nice to be able to choose each product. Kudos for providing locally produced, high quality options, though.
