My wife had her ear wax removed. Excellent service. Extremely reasonable price, £65 for both ears. Ears nice and clean now. Highly recommended

Ears are working again
It was easy to book,it took seconds, arrived at at place of appointment, was seen promptly and was treated successfully by a lovely experienced lady who definitely knew what she was doing, I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience
Receptionists were very helpful and professional when booking and changing appointments. The audiologist I saw fitted me in at short notice and explained the procedure well and put me at ease. She was excellent. Would definitely recommend. (Wolverhampton branch)

Stephanie was very informative
Stephanie was very informative, took care in examining my ear , cleared the wax and gave advice on treatment course, even spotted an ear problem and sent me to the doctors which resulted in follow up with the hospital.

Super quick and really helpful
My appointment was made within minutes of the original enquiry, and arranged for the next day. When I arrived I was taken through on time and the Consultant was very friendly and helpful, talked me through the process of the procedure and I was really pleased with the outcome.

Easy to book, kind and gentle practitioner who was very knowledgeable.
Margaret was so helpful and gentle. I was worried because I'd never had my ears looked at before but the experience was absolutely fine. She was very knowledgeable and identified I had an ear infection which made booking an appointment at the GP surgery very easy.
It was easy and straight forward to book an appointment at interfering and I'd recommend Margaret 100%.

Very easy to make an appointment and the level of care was excellent. Did a thorough job in removing some very stubborn wax in my son’s ears. He’s really pleased with the outcome and feels like he’s got a new pair of ears!
Highly recommend them.

The wax removal was comfortable and careful. I must return as one ear needed to have the wax softened. The only problem was parking at the venue.

Visited Upton branch and had thorough wax removal. Practitioner regularly checked I had no discomfort. He kept me updated with the process. No issues at all post procedure. Professional, clean equipment and kind.
