My wife had her ear wax removed. Excellent service. Extremely reasonable price, £65 for both ears. Ears nice and clean now. Highly recommended

A fabulous experience
Took my father today for ear wax removal. He’s been to a previous place but they couldn’t do it. We were so pleased that, with patience, my father’s ears are finally clear. Couldn’t recommend enough. Was seen on time, pleasant, kind and willing to spend the time to get a good outcome. I’m booking in to get mine done

Interhearing really cares about it's patients
I contacted Interhearing (Shrewsbury) for a same day wax removal treatment as my own GP practice could not offer me an appointment for over a week. I could hardly hear!
They were able to offer me an appointment that day.
I was very happy with all the staff that I spoke to and the nurse who treated me was brilliant. I never had any discomfort at all.
I had trouble finding the practice due to extensive road work closures around that area and I was in a panic at one point as I knew I was going to be late because of them. However, a lovely young woman called Emily talked me through directions on how to get there, calmed me down! Their customer service is first class!

True Five Star Service
My husband booked an appointment at the Wolverhampton Clinic. He was able to get an appointment within 24 hours . Sarkhab was kind and considerate and provided an excellent and professional service. I would recommend Interhearing Wax removal service to anyone.

I have very narrow ear canals and the team at the Wolverhampton base looks after me every visit. There's no one else I could trust and I always leave feeling like a million dollars every time.

Judy was wonderful; kind, friendly and gave some really useful advice. Inter hearing is the place to go if you can’t get your ears suctioned on the NHS.

Professional and caring company
Although there are many hearing (wax treatment) companies around now that it is so hard to get it done via the NHS I think I struck lucky in choosing Interhearing. Although it's a bit of a faff that you have to arrange local appointments via a national telephone number I found the system worked well enough. Attending a local branch in Wolverhampton I was seen by Mr Humzah who was patient and professional in his treatment. Due to the position of my ear wax I needed to attend 3 times to finally clear the obstruction (at no extra charge over the initial appointment fee) and I was very pleased with the outcome. I don't usually leave reviews but in this instance I felt that the experience with Interhearing warranted it and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, got an appointment within days and saw the lovely Josh. He put me at ease straight away and effortlessly set about removing the built up wax in my ears. Would definitely recommend to book the services of Josh at Church Stretton 😀 thank you!

I can't fault the service I received at Interhearing in Oswestry- it was first class. Judy was very efficient, carrying out the procedure very gently, but she was also really warm and kind, which put me at ease. She also offered a clear explanation and gave me very helpful advice. I’ve been a few times to Wolverhampton…
I’ve been a few times to Wolverhampton to various audiologists or ear care nurses etc., the service has always been okay. Some are more forceful than others at removing the wax. This was the first time one of them couldn’t get some of it. I use oil weekly and then before going to them but it was still stuck in one part. £65 is a lot of money to spend every few weeks if the procedure isn’t successful. Used to go to another guy in Shifnal who always managed to get it all but he’s stopped doing it. Will probably try somewhere cheaper and hopefully more effective.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry we weren’t able to completely remove the wax this time and understand how frustrating that can be. Some wax can be particularly stubborn, even with regular use of oil, and occasionally a follow-up may be needed. We offer free follow up appointments with all of our nurses within 4 weeks of the first treatment to help in these situations. Also, the price at Wolverhampton is currently £59, if you have been charged £65 , I can look into this for you and refund you the difference.
