After researching several local installers online I was impressed with Sam's story to start the business for just family and friends.
Sam was on time, an outgoing, very professional, knowledgeable, genuine and friendly person. He explained the new fire regulations, inspected the house and made his recommendations what to install where. Installation itself was straightforward and even the esthetics of our lovely home were not disturbed. The alarms itself would wake even a dead person. He left us with a secure feeling that we are safe "in-the-event-of". Highly recommended installer!

Swift delivery and comprehensive instructions

Alarms arrived quickly, very easy to install at a competitive price. No problems with them in the 5 months they have been fitted.

We were moving to a new house and there were no alarms fitted as there should have been. Saw the advert on Facebook so ordered these and they arrived within a couple of days. Great service. On arriving at the new house we found that an alarm system had been fitted since our last viewing. I contacted the company and they asked that I return the items I had bought and I would get a full refund. I did this and I had a refund immediately. Again great service and would recommend them to anyone looking to fit a system.

Ordered 3 interlinked smoke alarms and heat sensor. Price seems reasonable and easy to fit as 10 year battery option (not wired).

Very good product but very annoying when teying to fit as they kept going off!!
Would have liked more info on carbon monoxide alarm as my previous one gave room temperature and this one has a button on the left that doesn't appear to do anything.

Bought 3 sets of sensors on the recommendation of my builder. Great products and a real bonus to receive the them pre-synched at dispatch.

The interlinked alarms are less sensitive than my old ones I have. After testing with different smoke levels, my old alarms go off long before the interlinked ones. So I will be keeping my old ones up and running and keep the interlinked ones as it is Law now to have the interlinked ones. Feel like I have been conned by the Scottish government. ( UPDATE: I have sent a video as requested and awaiting an answer) (2nd update, all working now, had support from the tech team to reset the alarms , old alarms respond quicker as the new ones wait for a few seconds to make sure it is a real fire situation.)
