IRA Financial has the best customer service
IRA Financial has the best customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with.
They never rush you they take all the time you need to solve any problem you may be having.
I had some struggles with their new system, today I had the pleasure of speaking with Morgan A. And she talked me through the entire process without making me feel rushed.

I got while glove service right from the start. Every person I interacted with very extremely helpful and efficient. When my transaction was stuck due to a tech issue, Ms. Esposito stepped in and helped speed things along. I also got frequent checkins during the process.

Morgan A was very helpful in getting me to understand the process of funding my Self Directed IRA, explaining where the funds are held and how I go about directing the funds to qualified investments of my choice. The concept of a Self Directed IRA is easy to understand, but the basic nuts and bolts of using this retirement tool to my benefit was not. Now I feel I can start investing.

Morgan A was SUPER helpful, but I always have to call
Morgan A was SUPER helpful on the phone to walk me through what I needed to do. The website is not very intuitive, and takes me forever to figure out after emails and calls. I’ve had to call every time to finally get help walking through what I needed to do. None of it was hard, just not intuitive to a non-bank lingo person.

I am the personal secretary of an account holder, so I have lots of interaction with the staff at IRA. I can say with NO hesitation that Morgan and Becky are amazing and make every exchange easy and almost fun.
