I called I repair man and he came over the same evening. He took away the iPad and within 24 hours repaired it at a very reasonable cost. I have used them a few times and would highly recommend.

We contacted the company on thesame day, and he was aible to deliver the perfect service.
He changed the LCD screen because of a yellow line in the middle, the back glass and battery and other damages that I was not aware of for no extra cost just in less than 30minutes.

replace the battery in my note 8, broke the back really badly, didn't say anything, i immediately said you've broken the back, he said he would get the part and come back, the battery also runs down worse than the one removed. I've been promised a solution, no response to formal complaint or guarantee, they just ignore. (Wimbledon)

iRepair Man: A Cautionary Tale of Poor Service and Lost Trust
I recently contacted iRepair Man for the repair of two phones: a Techno and a Huawei. Initially, I was impressed by their personalized service, which included prompt home collection of my damaged devices even before any financial commitment was made. However, my experience quickly soured.
After receiving a quote for the screen and charging port repairs for both phones, I found the costs (over £300) to be quite high. The technician explained that the screen needed to be sourced from outside the country, which justified the price. I decided to prioritize the screen repair for my Techno phone since it contained important photos and I needed access to my old SIM card from my home country.
Once I paid for the repair, the once-responsive service turned into a frustrating experience. I found myself repeatedly following up on the status of my device. When I finally received my phones back, the Techno's screen was fixed, but I discovered that its charging point was now faulty, which was not an issue when I handed it over.
More distressingly, the SIM card that I had forgotten to remove from the Techno was missing, along with the holder for the SIM.
I reached out to the company several times to express my concerns and demand the return of my SIM card. It's been over a month since I first contacted them, and I have received no communication or response.
This experience has cost me over £100, and I am deeply concerned about the security implications of losing my SIM card, as well as the contacts I may never recover. The missing SIM holder renders my phone practically useless. I feel traumatized by this poor treatment and the lack of accountability from iRepair Man.
I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging their services.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an amazing service when I brought my iPhone in for repairs. He arrived at my office and, in just 40 minutes, replaced the back and body of my phone, leaving me with what felt like a brand new device.

I checked the battery, Wi-Fi connectivity, charging, Bluetooth functionality, front screen performance, camera quality, and even the torch feature. Amazing service! Engineer met us at Heathrow airport after a holiday accident with my partners mobile phone. Sent an email the day before and WhatsApp’d to arrange a meeting place. All fixed within 1 hour whilst waiting for our flight. 1 Year guarantee as well. Would definitely recommend.

some faults but overall really speedy and at least my phone is on
they managed to get my iphone 13 back on and repair the back in a really short space of time which i appreciate a lot however my front screen isn’t functioning as should and i’ve gotten a notification in my settings stating that the “display is not recognised” it’s manageable at the moment however on the first day of having my phone back it rung two people several times on it own.
edit: my torch also doesn’t work

I had my iPhone 12 Pro battery and rear…
I had my iPhone 12 Pro battery and rear glass replaced. To my surprise, the engineer came right to my office: fixed it there and then. Took him just 30mins and the phone is as good as new again.
I got updates on the engineer’s journey and on arrival,he was professional and very amicable.
A great service and good value, especially if you consider that the repair has a 1-year warranty.

What an outstanding service! I was due to catch a flight out of the UK and desperately needed a phone repair first. I couldn't find anyone with the neccessary parts in-stock. One phone call, and I had an appointment for someone to meet me at Heathrow 2.5 hours later. A lovely gentleman who was well turned out and had an ID badge, for extra peace of mind. He set up a professional work station in a coffee shop, performed surgery on my device, and 40 mins later I had a functioning device. Excellent service, and payment was really easy online using my credit card.

Same day service at my home!
I contacted Irepairman who I found via Google search. They answered my call on the first attempt and booked a same day appointment for me at my home. They fixed my phone in front of me within 30 minutes which was quicker than I imagined as I needed a complete new screen. Even though I never used their service before, they were amazing and so quick and I will definitely be using them again when the occasion arises.
