Like so many others on here I bought a product where I thought I was getting a resin Yoda doll what I received was this ugly cheap stuff toy that looked like Sloth from "The Goonies" It is a  very inferior product. I have disputed this and asked for a full refund. They so far are stalling and keep offering  me a 10% refund and 10% off my next order. Like I would every order from this despicable company ever again.  This whole ordeal is just ridiculous.  Has anyone had any success in getting their full refund?

Baby Yoda - Total piece of garbage. Doesn’t look even close to the picture. Total scam.

They Advertise a resin replica of Grogu that does all sorts of cool stuff, charge you $40, claim it's coming from California when it actually comes from China and what you get would not even cost you $2 in a dollar tree store.. it's absolute garbage.. it is a scam and they have already pulled their website certain to come back under a new name.

Zero stars from me too. Ordered Nov 15th, arrived today, had such a laugh at this plush thing that looked more like an ogre. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, luckily she saw the funny side. I too had ordered the upgraded version, this thing is worth a couple of bucks as best! I have raised a PayPal dispute, see what happens!

Unfortunately it’s a scam I ordered in December.Then realising the web site is shut claimed trough pay pal got my money back, so will just be going to Argos and paying the extra what I should have done to start with.
UPDATE PayPal refunded my money straight away

Got scammed by them, they said my order is in Vancouver. Can't wait to get a piece of crap in the mail for my $50. They deleted there site. Don't order a baby Gro Gu off a FB ad. It's probably Irontreeco with a different name!

Scammed by this company. Ordered 4 in yodas in November 30, supposedly resin.
Wasnt shipped will late December AFTER I sent them an email asking why it wasnt shipped.

It's january 2 and package just arrived with basically cheap puppets over a battery case.

Now their website is non-existent.
This company is a scam.

This company is completely a scam and changing the name frequently to continue duping people ... was Irontreeco then Bestsellerco Ltd and now I see another which I believe is them called booniey ... do not buy from them.

Scam. Bought a Baby Yoda toy through a Facebook Shop. They were supposedly in the U.S so delivery could take up to 2 weeks. I checked the tracking status only to find the shop was no longer available. Multiple complaints found on here by customers who have not received their orders. Sadly this was a scam. However if you have paid by PayPal you may be eligible for buyer protection. I've raised a case.

Sadly I was also scammed out of getting the high quality resin baby Yoda and received nothing . Bought it off a Facebook ad and now the ad is gone and the company has deleted their shop off the internet too. Must have made millions lying to people and now probably just renamed themselves and are selling another product to people on Facebook.

I am soooooo mad!!! This is not what I ordered. This is the ugliest baby yoda plush toy. Look at my profile picture. This company is a scam. Stay away from it. False advertising. I bought 3 of these for Christmas and was suppose to come from California not CHINA!!!

They are terrible false advertisement I received something that doesn’t look like what I ordered and they do not want to reimbursed me for this junk. Look at my profile pic this is what I got it scared the kids. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Scammers, advertise one thing send a cheap knockoff. Do not do business with. If you have dealt with these people and got scammed file a report. Go to ic3.gov and file a report.

A total scam. Advertised a beautiful Baby Yoda toy. I paid for the higher Resin version. Even note on my payment to send the Resin version. Nope. They send a crappy toy, nothing like what's on the website. Contacted Irontreeco and they would offer only $6 dollars refund out of $45.88. Stay AWAY !!

Awful company.. Did not get what I ordered... I got a baby yoda that looked like he was dropped in Acid... Contacted my Credit Card company. This company is a scam and jerks you around..

This is a scam! I ordered a resin Baby Yoda and was delivered a very creepy plush. The description of the item on their site was nowhere near what I received. They said they ship from a US warehouse in CA, but after a month of no response, they shipped our item from China. I started a dispute with them through PayPal since that is who we paid through and they first tried to have me email them directly outside of the resolution center, and then offered me two different partial refund amounts, one through PayPal's resolution center, the other off the record. They are shady and won't give you a straight answer. I have reported the site to Shopify, and it looks like it's finally offline.

I ordered 2 of these animatronic yodas as Christmas presents back on Nov.14th from irontreeco.com. at a total cost of $79.99 for the two. I order the deluxe, thinking it would include the cradle shown on their advertisement as well. They finally arrived on Dec.29th. They were post marked from China, even though their website said, they shipped out of a warehouse in California, and even showed a picture of their California Warehouse. And what I finally received, was not even close to what was advertised. I received 2 very small cheaply made carnival prize type yodas, in cheap thin plastic bags. I am so pissed right now! Not just at this company. But, also at FB for allowing these scam companies to advertise on their site! FB is litterally helping, and assisting them in scamming people! Because they are simply too lazy to varify the legitimacy of the companies, that are advertising on the site. I will never order anything off of a FB ad again, and advise others to do the same. I ordered many things, from different FB ads this year for Christmas, because of Covid. And all have turned out to be scams. Either I did not receive the items, or they were not what was advertised when I did received them. And all were postmarked from China, even though some specified they were from US! And all I did received, was just cheap junk. And I even ordered most of the items back at the beginning of November, just so I would have them on plenty of time. And plus, now this company, (irontreeco.com) has even removed their site, after scamming people in the Christmas season. If this site gave the option of zero stars, and posting a picture of what you actually receive, I would do so. But, I see no option for that here, sorry. But, please take my advise, and never order anything you see on a FB ad. Because, you will definitely regret it. As they are all scams, I learned that the hard way! Burning mad in Missouri!!!😡🤬🤬
