I would like to give them a zero total rip off same problem as the rest going through PayPal worst company I've ever dealt with

Just like the many other reviews here I did not receive the product that was advertised and that I ordered. I wish I could attach a picture showing what I ordered vs what I received, but this company sold a product under false pretenses! When I contacted the company and sent them the side by side picture vs what they advertsied and what they sent me and requested a full refund they stated:

Extremely sorry that we can not compensate you so much.Just as you know, deducting the warehouse maintenance fee and all of the other costs, our profit is indeed meager. besides, we have to pay the salary of so many workers, thus we can only refund you 15% of the total amount at most. We really appreciate your kind understanding.

I will be reporting them to my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau and Facebook (that is where the item was advertised).

i too got scammed by this outfit! i am opening a dispute with PayPal...
does anyone know how to start a class action suit against these crooks?

This is a complete waste of money. Got the scariest looking thing ever. I have an open case with PayPal because when I emailed the company, they tried to get me to accept a 10% refund and a 15% discount for my next purchase. Why would I even think about ordering from them again. Then they emailed and tried to get me to do a 20% refund. Told them where to stick it and opened the dispute with PayPal. We should ALL get our 100% back!

I'm just like everyone else here...I checked out the company before hand said it was California, saw some good reviews of people getting what they ordered or so I thought. It took forever to get here which raised my suspicions and so when I went back on the email to ask questions...the website no longer exist. Package came yesterday and I also got the same little hideous green goblin that everyone is describing. I also paid for the upgrade. I have a case open with paypal now to try and get my 45.88 back that this company stole from me. Good luck to everyone that this company scammed!

Wish I had seen these reviews, I fell into the same trap. They lied and said they were based out of California and I also upgraded and paid $75 for 2 of the baby Yoda's that are GARBAGE, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM, nothing like the pictures and videos they showed. Very 😡

Yep, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could. Same story as the rest, I ordered a yoga doll that was supposed to move and talk, I even upgraded to resin material and after2 months I received a plush doll and are refusing to give me a full refund. I paid $45.88 and they said they could only give me back 15% because they have workers to pay. I have 4 kids to feed... not my problem and we all know that’s bs. They are scammers! Stay away!!! I have the email confirmation with a picture of what I was supposed to receive and pictures of what I actually received and the email conversation thread with their lies. Maybe Hasbro will want to take action because this company is falsely claiming to sell their product and stealing business from them.

Only giving a one because I have to. Biggest rip of. They show a video of this animatronic baby yoda and they sent me an ugly little that took 3 months to show up. Huge scam!!!

We also got scammed. They show you a video of an animatronic moving doll and send you a hideous plush goblin looking doll. Ears don’t move, eyes don’t move. The eyes are actually embroidery stitched. (see profile photo)

This is actually a notice for everyone else that got scammed that there is a facebook page about this company. Iron tree co is not the only name they go by. They have put up many ads on facebook and other places under several different names and websites.

Everyone file claims with paypal, your bank, and CC. There is also an international group you can file a complaint with. Search on facebook for the scam and you’ll find the page.

They advertise baby yoda and show you a legit picture say they are from California and really from China. You should see the gumball machine plush piece of crap they sent us over a month of waiting. Omg scam

Don’t purchase huge SCAM! They will send a crappy little plush doll that doesn’t even look like “baby yoda”. It comes from China so no real way to return. Don’t do business whith these crooks!!!

Like everyone else I got scammed and I bought two ‘adorable’ Baby Yodas that are going straight in the bin. Disappointed in myself for falling for this scam. Congrats Facebook for giving these guys advertising space on my feed and costing me AU$100 for the privilege.

Buyer beware!!! I bought the Baby Yoda and it was nothing like they showed in the video. It was some cheap looking piece of crap and heck it doesn't even work. If I could give you negative stars I would.

As of Nov 2020 these folks are still ripping off Baby Yoda fans all they sent for 45.88 was a creepy looking piece of crap, and it stopped making any sounds after 30 seconds. Emails being answered with 10 refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM Shame on you China and Facebook for getting my hopes up. Target has $60 version worth buying ($15 more, worth it) KC from KS
