Failure to communicate

I accidentally booked at the wrong I storage location. It has been impossible to correct the situation. After countless phone calls and messages left at the ft Meyers location I've still been ignored and unable to fix my reservation. Horrible customer service!

Istorage staff and facility were top-notch!

Istorage climate-controlled facility is centrally located in Stark County Ohio. The staff member was prompt and courteous. She explained all aspects of the rental process and showed me the unit. While completing the paperwork, she received a phone call concerning another customer's monthly payment and politely took her information, telling her she would call her back. She apologized to me for the momentary delay. She couldn't have been more professional.

Excellent customer service!

Secure, clean & easily accessable. Climate controlled. The gal that runs the place ison the ball & very helpful. Glad we found the place!

Great Service

I'm very happy I chose ISTORAGE. The staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. The facility is clean and safe. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and professionally run place to store your items.

New Account

The representative for the organization was extremely customer focused. She took my wife & I around to see the various units and also explained how the process works & how payments could be provided.

In addition, the customer rep helped us locate the nearest UPS distribution center because we needed to mail something out.

The facility is clean and well-kept. The owners are very courteous and friendly. Rates are reasonable.
