I went to the itechnicians store in…
I went to the itechnicians store in Buckingham Palace Rd several times. Service was very good. I had batteries changed on 2 iPhones and then subsequently went and bought a power bank: Veger C11 10,000mAh (38.5Wh) Power Bank and paid gbp 99
Subsequent I checked online and found that prices are listed from 20-35gbp a huge difference. I went back to the store and the guys were pretty nice but could offer any logical explanation. They offered a significant discount on another purchase. Less learned : check online when paying a higher amount for any purchase
The response states that Itechnicians is noty responsible for the products sold in the store. But the Store has a very bold Itechicians branding and no customer would be paying attention to such details...

We would, however, like to clarify an important point regarding the power bank purchase. iTechnician focuses on Apple device repairs only. Any sales of accessories or products, such as power banks, are handled by the independent shops and are entirely separate from iTechnician — we have no involvement in their pricing or sales.
We're sorry to hear about your experience with that purchase and understand your frustration, but as this transaction was not made with us, it unfortunately falls outside of what we can address. We do appreciate you highlighting it, and we're pleased the repair service met your expectations.

I had a cracked screen on my iPad 7. When I asked a couple of repair shops for a quote, Sam from the iTechnician shop in Leicester called quickly to answer my enquiry and subsequently provided a quote. From the time he received my iPad on the 16th October until it was repaired and sent back to me on the 20th October, we communicated via text message, which I prefer. Although he sometimes delayed getting back to me, I understand that techs are busy and have different jobs at hand, so I avoided being pushy and nitpicky with him. Sam did a great job and I highly recommend Sam in Leicester!

iTECHNICIAN NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
iTechnician’s new offices on New Bridge Street in Newcastle upon Tyne, proved a revelation. They mended my old Ipad Pro 12.9 on cost and to time.
On a tour of the offices and workshops, their service facilities for individual and commercial IT installations were impressive.
Definitely worth the visit.

I submitted a quote for an iPhone screen replacement 5 days ago and no quotes were forthcoming so I went to a local high street show and they replaced it in 20 mins. If you're not happy to wait, don't go with theses guys!!!

Is your company still active?
I filled in the form for a repair to my iPad and sent it but waited in vain for a reply. Had you replied and had I received a repair I may have been able to give you a good review however, not impressed when you don’t even bother to answer your customers queries. Have no idea if your company is still active or not?

I needed a repair to iPhone not…
I needed a repair to iPhone not charging. Was quoted between £50 to £60. Solihull branch. Came out promptly the next day as agreed. Arrived on time with good communication. Phone was repaired in his car took about 40 minutes. £60 and I chose to pay cash my choice I could have paid by card.
So it would have been a 5 BUT I asked for a receipt and he said he would email it. It did not arrive. So I messaged after a few days to ask again. It did not arrive. So I emailed a few days later to ask again and it still did not arrive.

Great Repair Excellent Service.

Efficient delivery service
I just had my amazon order delivered by trident, much earlier than date expected, phone call received half hour before delivery and arrived 30 mins later as informed. Delivery drivers friendly and efficient.

Prompt efficient service
Needed to get the screen fixed on my iphone. Requested a quote which came through very quickly. The quote was very reasonable compared to other companies. I dropped my phone off at 1.30pm and it was ready by 2.15pm. Could not fault the service I received and would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Tuesday heard nothing, called there office early afternoon, young lady could not help and told me everyone was at lunch or just returning and there would be a response to my email today, heard nothing still, waste of time emailing and calling them, obviously to much money in there game and don't need the business, why waste time building websites telling us about your fantastic service when its quite obvious that the guys on there fantastic salaries are to busy eating lunch to deal with prospective client, don't waste your time contacting this company,

Brilliant service.
Found my local iTechnican through iTechnician Site.
Shane at the Gadget shop Oldswinford, Stourbridge is great.
No fuss just gets on with it, repaired 1 iPad and 2 iPhones in 24 hours for
£110.00.
Also some very good offers on used gadgets.
Will definitely use again.

Rang iTechnician 8.30 this morning …
Rang iTechnician 8.30 this morning after dropping my phone and smashing the screen yesterday. The job was sent to Libra iTech in Alcester Warwickshire and Andy was at my work desk for 9am collecting my phone.
3pm and Andy was back new screen, screen protector and inside a lovely case (at no extra cost) all for £50 & I didn't even have to leave work!
Thanks Andy once again....I will certainly be recommending iTech and Andy's service...faultless!! Deserving of 5 Stars and more Kim

Excellent service - great value
I contacted iTechnician because I wanted to buy a refurbished iPhone. I was offered an 'as new' iPhone 6 at a great price by Fonestech, which I paid for, and it arrived next day. The iPhone was in perfect condition (better than I had hoped for, which was a bonus), was packaged well, and I hadn't expected to get it next day, so that was a bonus too. Thank you iTechnician, and well done Fonestech.
