Very dodgy. Once you sign up they immediately start hassling you on the phone- pretty aggressive too. Avoid.

Zeer agressieve manier van benaderen. Dacht ik probeer het gewoon een keer, verlies ik mijn geld dat verlies ik het. Maar de vrouw met wie ik heb gesproken ene Anna was zelfs tegen mij aan het schreeuwen omdat ik niet meer geld wilde inleggen. Zij had het over 10% van is dit en dat. Als zij goed naar mij had geluisterd had zij kunnen weten dat mijn € 250,— inleg meer was dan 10% van mijn inkomen. Ik ben geen miljonair, zij noemde mijn bedrag peanuts voor haar is het dat waarschijnlijk maar voor mij niet. Ik zei haar vandaag dat ik mijn geld terugwillen en zij zei dat dat kon. Als ik er helemaal niet uitkwam zou zij mij helpen omdat ik anders mijn geld kwijt was. Ik zei maar ik zeg nu toch dat ik wil stoppen. Daar kreeg ik dan weer geen normaal antwoord op. Volgend mij is dit een grote dievenbende ben zeer ontevreden over de behandeling en vind dat telefoneren zeer intimiderend. IK WIL MIJN GELD TERUG dat is wat ik wil. Heb in de familie wel een advocaat dus als ik hier geen behulpzaam antwoord op krijg vraag ik aan hem of hij mij wil helpen. Mensen NIET bij deze oplichters je geld neerzetten.

Had geld gestort. Wilde het toch weer terug ivm ruimte. Storten alles terug minus de 50. Maar kreeg net mail dat ze deze ook nog terugstorten. Als ik weer stort dan kom ik weer terug ;-)

Don't think this is a good company.. wanted to invest but only see negative reviews about them

Opened an account thinking I was signing up for bit coin ! Realised after the fact but my deposit was returned within a few days in full . Can’t really fault them .

Schandalig. Ik heb ITrader uitgeprobeerd echter als conclusie: slecht en een zeer intimiderende en manipulatieve manier van zaken doen.
Ik kreeg ene Russische dame, Anna, toegewezen die in het Engels de stappen 1-voor-1 heeft verteld. Na 10 dagen had ik na inleg van € 300 een bedrag van € 409,-- (€ 109 profit). Anna pushte om het bedrag naar € 5.000 te verhogen en bij terughoudenheid vanuit mijn kant gaf ze aan dat ik haar niet vertrouw en dat ze tijd in mij had gestoken en dat ik nu toch winst had gemaakt? Ik wil deze druk niet en ook geen dagelijks gebel. Ik heb een formulier ingevuld om het bedrag uit te keren. Ontvang ik een bevestiging van Itrader dat ik louter mijn inleg € 300 teruggestort krijg. Mijn gevoel is bevestigd: onbetrouwbaar.

Ik herken mij in alle slechte reviews. Als je zegt dat je wilt stoppen en je geld terug wil hebben, worden ze kwaad, intimideren je, wordt je uitgescholden en stoppen ze boos met het telefoongesprek. Op advies van mijn dokter neem ik mijn telefoon niet meer op als ik het tel.nr. niet ken. Ook onbekend e-mail en sms delete ik meteen. Ik heb zojuist eindelijk de moed gekregen om een e-mail van hun complaint officer te beantwoorden: de enige oplossing is om mijn geld terug naar mijn bankrekening over te maken. Ik ben van plan om de politie en AFM in te lichten als ik binnen korte tijd mijn geld niet krijg. Ordernummer 11152995

Read an article via a daily paper with a link to this company- filled in the on line form, everything seemed simple enough, then had two phone calls which involved submitting personal information and opening an account, it was amazing how quick they took my deposit of £200. Arrangement was made to speak with 'an account manager' the following afternoon, however, I was called in the evening via an 02 number, I expressed that I had changed my mind already and wanted to close my account and withdraw my 'deposit'. Whilst talking, I was temporarily convinced that my trepidations were unwarranted as I was told that I would be given all advice and help needed along the way, once I started trading, and not to worry, although i should be prepared to increase my deposit of £200. The short conversation ended and it was agreed to call the following day, as previously arranged. After the call i still felt unsure and tried to figure out how to get a refund/withdrawal...…… I have emailed their support team on three occasions so far, and have had no response. My £200 has disappeared from my bank account and from the Itrader on screen account..... so now I don't know what to do next. I will have to get advice and hope that if they read their reviews/feedback, someone within their company will email me/please sort this out and give me my money back, like others i'm on minimal wage too.

I did not invest in my money, so I have no funds to be lost. I spoke to a gentleman called kim.az@itrader and he showed how to deposit my money back into my account as I was a little skeptical and unsure. I followed his instructions but instead of withdrawing the money back into my account, Itrader took it out, leaving me in financial hardship and overdrawn. My £195.00 deposit was sitting in my Itrader account ready to invest or ready to be withdrawn back into my bank account. I changed my mind as it is my right to do so.
I have emails stating that the money could take 7-10 days to go back into my account and then a further email from Kim saying that It should be there already, but I have still not received my funds back. I check my online banking regular and I have contacted the bank also but still no funds. I have emailed them and contacted Customer Service also, but I have not received a reply to any of my emails and that says something. I have all the emails and I can forwards them to you if required - proof of immorality.
I have read the reviews of people depositing their money back into their account and only receiving £160.00 back approximately (disgusting) but I received nothing back.
I will not rest until I get my money back and it is being investigated, so if you don't want a bad name then I suggest that you do the right thing by people.
I will say it again 'I DID NOT INVEST MY MONEY IN ANYTHING SO THERE ARE NO FUNDS TO BE LOST'

If it sounds too good to be true it very often is. Obviously it worked for Holly Willoughby on This Morning. Really ITV should know better. However Philip Schofield is a self confessed liar of 50 some years. Money goes to money. So if you don't have 200 quid to loose don't risk it. Them and us. Us should stick together

I have invasted money but not very satisfied, thats almost scammer I think. I dont have so much experiences but Im really not happy with our business.

STAY AWAY from this company if you don't want to loose your money. Everything sounds very unreliable and they just want to take your money.

I opened an account, paid £195 deposit then wanted to cancel in less than 24 hours . Did not even had any conversation with the account manager about trading...I asked for the refund but my email went to the auto machine. It didnt allow me to do it online and was told i would loose some deposit, which I had asked before I opened the account and was told I would loose nothing.

As a first time trader I was well informed of every stage of the process.There was consistency throughout and representatives were specialised to deal in different areas of the process.I experienced a very smooth transition from one stage to the other.

Initial deposit £250 yesterday,decided didn't want to continue same day,withdrew £250 and will only get £208 ★★scam beware don't bother! Disgusting company!

I have an account open with itrader at the moment.they rip you off with their swap commission and pestering you over the phone trying to put more money in.i did make money then some how lost some.i will be closing my account when money sorted and withdrawn.please stay away as I have learnt a valuable lesson.please stay way.

Trading with iTrade is cool and fun but if you came here to make money make sure you ask about how to make money trading crypto. Incredible returns on such short term positions with the right amount of money.

This was the broker who did not stutter, cough or flinch when trading on the financial markets for a 67 and 60 year old pair. Several other brokers offering trading advice did not do what it said on the tin! From an initial inquiry to determine if a Superfund account was possible, then establishing what was actually needed, our broker outperformed the rest, but later kept looking and came back with a much better trading opportunities. When our criteria changed, this was dealt with patiently. Worth noting the structure of iTrader approach: the broker finds the best trades to an offer in principle, a second then handles the analysis and paperwork for the formal trade, then finally a third colleague monitors the trade to completion.

I deposited £200 and was not even started trading within 2 weeks i asked for my money back i only received £152 pounds
