Well my partner had ordered boots. But little did she know they were for pre order because she didn't take the time to read the page only seen the boots and thought they would look beautiful on our little girl and just had to have them. So in a flurry of excitement she missed the notice that they were pre order. She panicked when a few days went by and no boots. Well she contacted the company who politely and quickly responded informing me (since she used my email address) that they were pre order. I took great pleasure in telling her she was in the wrong as she claims she never is anyway I apologised on behalf of my partner and was assured everything was OK and the boots would be delivered and not to worry. So helpful polite and great company to deal with. I am sure my partner will order again.

I purchased some clothes for my baby boy and superb amaze of their quality. I'm glad I order sets of clothes. Recommended ❤️

I ordered a dress which I didn’t realise was made to order. Katie from Itty Bitty managed to get it sent out the following day first class in time for the wedding we were attending on Saturday. :-)

I ordered a dress for my daughter 2nd birthday and it finally came! Looks absolutely beautiful and it came by Royal Mail (I prefer Royal Mail to any other delivery company) yes the dress did take awhile to come but it does say on the website that the dress is made to order so delivery will take up to 28 working days. They emailed me when the dress was complete and when it was out for delivery. I had no problem with them at all 😊 very happy!

I placed an order on 11th March for my Granddaughter for Easter clothes & my order is still processing ! I cant get hold of anyone, I've sent emails, posted on their Instagram asking for updates, still nothing!! I am starting the process of reclaiming my money. There is zero customer service, I work hard for my money & for this company to take payment from people & not fulfill the orders is unacceptable especially in these hard times. I chose to use an independent company instead of the high Street & this is what you get. Never again will I order from this company. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I had placed an order for my niece to get a dress for my Daughter wedding. I didn’t receive no response to the numerous emails insta gram messages and Facebook. I received a message after a month of ordering to tell me that order takes 28 days but the date of my daughter wedding had passed by now. So I asked then don’t send out the order and to refund me. No reply which was again frustrating. I received the order and put a return request in. On website been told I need to pay for return but not to send back until I receive an email from company to do so. It’s been 3 weeks ams am still waiting on a reply and nothing. This company is dreadful for communication and I regret even buying from here. Really disappointed and I still haven’t received a l email to return. Would not recommend anyone to buy of these company. An absolute waste of time

We had a wedding coming up and needed a couple of Itty Bitty's beautiful dresses for my daughter in a short time frame and they 100% delivered. Amazing people and amazing product.
