Excellent customer service as boots ordered for my grand-daughter arrived as a wrong order. Katie went above & beyond to sort my complaint out and to arrange a full refund. I will definitely order from the lovely Katie & Itty Bitty Boutique

Wow absolutely brilliant service and any questions I've had have been answered through email in a very professional manner..and the delivery off the product was the next day...well.done!!!

I am sending this again as l forgot to press ‘submit’. This is a beautifully crafted, fluffy and cuddly Paddington bear with quality clothes and well produced illustrated book. It is going to be a much loved toy.

Amazing customer service! I ordered on the 10th of December the Christmas night dress with hopes of it arriving for Christmas Eve however with all the strikes from Royal Mail I did not expect it to arrive in time. However Katie emailed me letting me know that she will post my item on the 16th, next day delivery due to the 2 strikes (14th & 15th). I then received my item either the 17th or the 19th by special guarantee next day delivery. One happy daughter who had her new night dress for Christmas Eve!

Still haven’t received my order, sent 4 separate emails and had no response at all. Shocking customer service. They don’t deserve any business. My order was for a Christmas present so I’ve no need for it now as I had to buy something else, so I will be taking this further to get a refund. Shocking, to take peoples hard earned money especially in this current climate. I am appalled. Doesn’t even deserve the one star.

Just to clarify, my one star review was in relation to poor customer service, not the Royal Mail strikes.
I sent numerous emails requesting a tracking number (I have proof) why would I not chase it up if I didn’t receive it?
I also submitted a contact form via the website, and I also submitted a form for a refund via the website.
All of which were not responded to.
Interesting however that the only form of response I receive is on the back of my negative review, and a rather snotty response at that. Further reinforcing my one star review for poor customer service.

TERRIBLE COMPANY AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered my items 1 week ago, (thinking a week would be enough time for my items to be delivered) No, I was wrong. I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday party, and a pair of shoes, part of her present. My order still says it’s processing no change has been made to the status over the last week. I tried contacting them a few days ago via email, haven’t heard anything back, emailed again today, nothing back. I doubt my items will arrive in time for my little ones party. Spent £60 to be ignored and not received any of my items. Do not use this company if you want your items lost, and to get completely ignored by customer services.

A lady called Katie who has been on the other end of my non stop emails has been lovely and helpful from start to finish and can't thank her enough for keeping me updated. I cannot wait for my order to arrive!

I ordered the birthday crown but didn’t read the description properly so when I emailed to ask where it was the lady emailed back explaining it was made to order and offered me a refund or the crown without the number for it to get back to me faster, I opted for a refund as it wouldn’t be any use to me with my daughters birthday being at the time 4 days away, the lady was really helpful and issued my refuse straight away.

Excellent customer service and gift was beautiful….. just as described. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered my sons stroller from here and wow at first when I went on the website they had a spin the wheel for discounts I ended up with 25% off my order! Great. When I placed my order I thought I hadn’t received a confirmation email so I sent and email to the company the lady was very quick to get back to me replied within about an hour and told me to check my spam it was in there silly me 🤣. She also informed me that my stroller had already been packed and dispatched I ordered on the Tuesday it was here Thursday morning. Great customer service and quick dispatch overall a great company that I will be using again. Thank you.

I’ve ordered a princess dress for my nephew’s Bday present. That was a fantastic, incredible, fabulous dress we’ve got from Itty Bitty Boutique! The dress exceeded all our expectations! Just wonderful, just lovely! Thank you Itty Bitty Boutique for your masterpiece!

I ordered my sons christening outfit. hadn’t read properly that they were handmade and can take upto 20 days to arrive. On contacting itty bitty explaining my situation Katie went above and beyond to help us receive the outfit on time for his big day even though it was completely my fault. She even upgraded my postage option to first class next day delivery to make sure we had the outfit. Couldn’t be more happy with the outfit and level of customer service I have received. Wonderful company would definitely order again.
