I have been in an IVa with Vanguard since April. They were fantastic at the start, I have just moved home, not ideal on an IVA, and i've had an increase in my pay so was concerned how this would affect me and my payments. I Called the team and was advised to email my documents over, I did and got a reply the same day and emailed back and forth with the lovely Meg Price. She was promt and efficient and could not have been more help, she is a credit to the company and this was easiest transaction with regards to my home move. I would defintiely recommend Vanguard based on my experience with Meg today. She was fantastic
