I've been seeing Ivonne on and off for 2 years now, and I wish I'd found her sooner. I've struggled for years with anxiety, stress, depression, and increasing stomach and bowel issues, and after every session with Ivonne I feel calmer, lighter, and find that the particular issues I've gone in with have improved significantly. I've noticed that a few days after every session, my skin looks clearer, I have more energy, and generally it feels like inflammation in my body has gone down. It is also the only thing I've found that helps my tinnitus to quieten down. Ivonne has a huge amount of knowledge and expertise, and practises with deep care and integrity. She has really, really helped me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for reflexology.

Only downfall...and bit expensive

I had my first reflexology session and was a really revealing experience. Ivonne made me feel comfortable right away, explaining what to expect and checking in throughout. It was a little painful at first, but I could feel the tension easing from my feet upward as the session went on. Afterward, I felt calm, grounded, and surprisingly relieved. I also came away with a better understanding of what’s going on in my body and everything makes a bit more sense now. A great first session that’s made me want to book again!

Ivonne is a fantastic therapist, skilled and also empathetic. The whole time with her was a great experience, I could not believe how much she could tell about me from my feet! I can’t wait to come and see Ivonne again soon.

I initially went to start seeing Ivonne after trying to get pregnant for well over a year and not having any luck. I was in a bad place and seeing Ivonne ended up being an incredible safe space for me to release stress and work on my body. She gave me confidence I would be able to get pregnant, and helped work on me physically while also being someone I could talk things through with too. After working on various things within my body with her, I did a cleanse with her and ended up getting pregnant a month or two after. After two years of trying in the end I’m sure Ivonne and her treatments where a huge part, if not the main one in my getting pregnant. I’ve been so grateful for her support during the time I was trying, then through the pregnancy and post birth checking in on me.
