When DPD failed to deliver my item, the staff member at Ivor Mairants was very helpful, and went out of his way to sort out the problem, and my item was subsequently delivered. Hugely appreciated!

This company use a supplier for some of their products, but clearly do not apply due diligence. The item I received looked significantly different to the item advertised. It was also lower in quality. It looked like some kind of replica or fake. I have contacted the company for a refund and to alert them to the issue. No reply received after three days. Poor all round.

The delivery was fast and smooth, guitar came in perfect condition.

Really fast delivery and packaging was excellent for my order and was delighted by the price and quality of the guitar I purchased, especially with it being a B-Stock item. It was well set up and only needed a few tweaks from myself - I run a guitar repair shop - to make it 100% perfect for my style of playing. Would recommend and will shop with them again.

Good value guitar which I am pleased with. However very poor performance by DPD who failed to turn up two days in a row (claiming there was no one at home which is untrue - my wife stayed home specially and watched the drive). I messaged you about the problem at the time and received no response. We had to take a risk on the third day and instruct DPD to leave it by our front door as my wife had other commitments. Fortunately it was still there but had it not been then there would have been no comeback.

I ordered a bridge saddle and paid for it and two weeks later so hadn’t arrived. Very poor service won’t be ordering from them again.

The B stock Vintage Performer parkour guitar I received was excellent as was the price. There was very little wrong with it other than some difficult to see marks. It also arrived promptly and well packaged.

I’m very disappointed with my experience.

I received a Vintage V100 ProShop LTD “Kossoff” Faded Sunburst guitar in a condition that does not match a new product:

- The selector switch knob was broken
- The gig bag was not the correct Vintage one
- The certificate of authenticity was missing

This raises serious doubts about whether this guitar was actually brand new or previously returned.

On top of that, I have sent several emails and received no response at all, which is very unprofessional.

I hope this review will finally get some attention and that a proper solution will be provided.

i had to contact them about my order,they checked straight away,,unfortunately the guitar i ordered was gone , but to theyre credit i was given a choice of same series...and sent it straight away....thanks dean.....steve.m.

My guitar was well packaged and in good order on arrival,also it arrived in the desiccated time slot,on unpacking the guitar was in good condition.Thanks 😊.

I have purchased a number of guitars from Ivor Mairants, and the latest Revo model is a fine guitar. It arrived very quickly and was well protected, being double boxed. Many thanks GB
