The items that I received are excellent. The only problem is that one item is missing and it has been a nightmare trying to get any response back from them they have not responded yet to my emails

Given up trying to find what happened to my order which I placed on 21st January 2026
It is shown on the shop site to have been delivered on 14th January 2026 NOT POSSIBLE !!!
All my emails asking where my order is have not been answered
RUBISH SERVICE !!!

The delivery service was first class, the Vintage revo series session man was perfectly setup out of the box, to say I was more than satisfied was an understatement.

I only received a vintage pick tin and not the Cavern Club liverpools own pick tin. Recieved no reply after emailing a number of times to highlight the issue. Not happy as paid for both.

Now 10 days since one of my items was not received and still no response to any of my emails. No customer service at all....

I ordered a guitar, noting they offer same working day dispatch with next working day delivery for items in-stock (which mine was listed as being). After 3 days I hadn't received the item, or any further communication, and subsequently attempted to contact them 6 times in total (three emails, one online contact form, and two phone calls to an answer phone) but they did not responded to any of these. I have had to raise a Section 75 dispute with my credit card provider to obtain a refund. Given the other excellent reviews I can't work out why they failed so badly in this case but would warn others against buying from them.

Item was upposed to be in stock and 3-4 day delivery. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. No communication. No delivery update. Didn't' reply to emails I sent and no way to contact you by phone.
Extremely poor and would not recommend you to anybody.

Nothing much to say other than that the item was delivered as described and is of good quality. Would recommend.

I purchased an ex-demo electric guitar from Ivor Mairants and I’m super happy with the guitar.
The price was great and despite being ex-demo the guitar was in near mint condition.
The delivery was a little slow, but as soon as I contacted the supplier to question they shipped it out and it arrived the following day, so happy overall with the customer service.
Would buy from Ivor Mairants again.

Item arrived much later than advertised- with no explanation as to why. Called and emailed the company to try and get an update as I’d ordered specifically from them to meet a deadline but was met with silence. No calls or emails were returned. Item then turned up over a week late without warning - no dispatch or tracking info was provided.
