Excellent service with quick dispatch of order. One item was out of stock, but they were quick in notifying me of this and offered several remedies. Will definitely shop here again (probably in person as I’ve released that they are local)

The guitars under the Vintage brand are fantastic. The use of FedEx for shipping to the US. Isn't the best choice. I ordered a new guitar on 2 February it shipped out on 5 February via fedex and has yet to arrive. Tracking hasn't updated in four days. Keep selling great guitars, use a better delivery service.

First class service and a bargain!
I purchased a display Fret King Paul Rose, described as mint for half price. Not only was this an accurate description but I was unable to find any evidence of wear plus even had it been full price it would have been an absolute bargain for it is certainly a superb bit of kit.

Fast, efficient and reliable.
I received a refund from the company before they actually even received my payment for the goods ordered because of a mistake in pricing. I reordered the item I wanted at the proper price and it was with me in two days and in good condition, so I was very pleased overall and would have no hesitation in dealing with the company again.
