Ordered dresses for pictures. They were set to arrive several days ahead of time. On the day they were supposed to arrive, the shipping information changed to the day of the pictures. Two days later, they weren’t set to arrive until Wednesday of the next week. Five days after the pictures. More than two weeks after being ordered. Don’t order from them unless you’re more than a month outside of your event. Should something not fit and you needed to exchange, you definitely wouldn’t have time. They choose the absolute worst shipping method- FedEx smart post- when USPS would likely deliver in several days. They’re expedited shipping rates or dramatically inflated. You can easily get on something like PayPal shipping and see what the rates are. They were incredibly unhelpful when I reached out. I will never buy from them again. I went to the Lily Pulitzer store to find a replacement dress and they were appalled. Had it been their company and their shipping, they were gonna try to fix it for me. That’s customer service. Not whatever these people are doing. You can tell when they’re only in it for the profit. I can’t even speak to quality of the product because it’ll be half a month before I ever find out. And then I won’t need the dresses.

Ordered matching Sicily dresses. Quality is awful and the zipper poor quality. Couldn’t open it past the waist to try it on. They still charged $9 return fee even though it was defective.
Don’t bother here. You won’t get what you pay for.

This company offered two day delivery which I paid for but did not care that it took a week for delivery.
They also made it difficult to reach them and I had to ask repeatedly to apply a discount code on my first order. I still have not gotten it.
Very disappointing customer service.

I gave this shop a chance and the bad reviews here are telling the truth. I purchased 2 dresses, adult and kid. I measured my 6 yo kid, chest, waist, hip, height with a measuring tape then followed the size chart it says she is between a size 4/5 - 6/7 so I bought an 8 thinking she will use it longer. The 8 fits just right I'm not even sure if she can still wear it in 6 months !! There's no indication if some clothes run small or large. Same for adults.

Also I payed a total of $14 for delivery + protection and this is within the US and if I decide to return I will have to pay another $9 that's a total of $23 delivery, if I get a store credit I will have to pay another $14 or $15 for new delivery fee. If I decide to get my child's dress exchanged I will have to pay that fee again !! Wow !! It's like you're tied to never ending delivery fees and protections. Also the package came in a plastic so it's not like it was well "protected" an if it was lost I wonder what excuse they will come up with to not refund.

Also, I know people can be busy I'm not expecting them to drop off everything they are doing and put a red carpet for me when I have a question but if you try to contact them in the chatbox it just says they will connect you to an agent and nobody ever answers.

When I first subscribed it took me more than a week and after sending 3-4 messages to get the 15% discount.

Save yourself from drama online shopping should be fun and not stressful. I did my first and last purchase with them. I wonder if the "nice reviews" here are family and friends or employees of Ivy City Co owners because there's no way.

Honestly such a hassle for returns. I returned my items end of March and it’s almost May and I have not been refunded. When I try to chat with a representative they are always unavailable and send you to a email ticket. It’s a nice concept but with such poor customer service I will not be purchasing again

I have shopped with this company for almost 10 years! I have 2 girls and they love to match! They always have the best sales and customer service has been amazing for me. We have worn ivy city for every important milestone! Love this shop!

Terrible return policy. They have a sale and then write in very fine print that it is a final sale. I am now $550 poorer. DO NOT do business with this company. They advertise hassle-free returns. They charge you to return an order. It is relatively easy to find a statement saying yo have 45 days. You do NOT. You have 21 days to get your money back. 45 days for an exchange for store credit. You have to hunt the website to figure out how to even make a return. They are running a big sale but you CANNOT RETURN THE ITEMS. Never buy from them.

They have an outright deceptive return policy — anything "on sale" is actually final sale and can't be returned, so I'm out $150 having bought a couple of sizes to make sure an item fit. Sizing was way off. Have not been able to even reach customer service. Will never buy from this company again, and recommend others avoid.

You can’t return anything that’s discounted 40% off or more. My dress is too small and there’s nothing I can do bc I bought it during a 40% off sale. Reaching out only confirmed that. Order with caution.

Buyer beware- there is a hefty fee for returns, for any reason. My first and last order from this company was a lovely dress that was unfortunately very unflattering so had to be returned. $12 lesson learned. Too many comparable sites that offer better customer service, especially at this price point.

Ordered my wife some boots. They fit a little big so I returned them because they were out of the size we needed. I paid $265 for them to be shipped and I only received a refund for $199. They charged me taxes again and other fees. Don’t buy from them because if you have to return not knowing how their sizes actually fit, you will be charged for purchasing from them. Not a good return policy. I lost $65 dollars because their boots fit bigger and they didn’t have a smaller size. My wife loves their clothes and I was planning on buying several things from them but not anymore. Not good customer service.

so far I didnt received my order although I paid 36$ extra for overnight shipping! Its been already 3 days since I placed the order!! No confirmation, no tracking number, nothing!!!there is also no way to contact them, they wont respond to emails or texts although they say on their website that is the form of communication with them! No options to just call them!! It is unacceptable!! I ordered 3 dresses, spent 370$ and Im started to be worry already! Will I get the dresses that I needed for yesterday or will I be able to get my money back!! Why I have feeling that will be a huge problem! Horrible experience!! will never ever order from them!

I have around ten dresses from ivy city co. All of them have been excellent quality. They are on the pricy side of what I like to purchase, but as a member of the church of jesus Christ of Latter day saints 99% of their clothes are perfect modest. I have returned items that I bought too big or too small and the process was very easy.
I have the Santorini, Colette, Madeline, Naples and more. I love their 60% off sale which is when I do most of my shopping there

Definitely one of my favorite brands to shop with! I love how inclusive they are, and their dresses are gorgeous!

The quality is great, I’ve never had any issues with that! I think the prices are reasonable.

I don’t particularly care about the modesty aspect, but I love the dresses. Honestly, would love to see some lower-cut necklines, but I know that’s not what most of their customers probably want.

I love wearing my Ivy City Co dresses to work - the natural fabric ones are my favorites. They are so comfortable with the smocking! I know that the puff sleeve dress with smocking is such a trend right now, but honestly, whenever I’m out and about and see a cheap fast fashion dress with a similar silhouette, I can immediately see the difference in quality. Ivy City Co does it so well.

I gravitate towards the casual dresses more simply because I don’t have many occasions, but I have purchased a fancier dress as well to wear to a wedding and it was lovely.

Their customer service has always been lovely and answered my questions promptly.

I’m always on their website checking out all the goodies! The only reason I don’t have more dresses from them is they are a bit out of my current budget.
