Thank you for your review. It's great to hear that you've ordered an IXXI!
IXXI cards are always square, which means that sometimes a small portion of the original photo may be cropped. When selecting the photo in the editor by clicking on it, you can still edit it using the 'crop' button. This allows you to zoom in, zoom out, and shift the photo.
The production process of an IXXI involves an almost entirely automated (printing) system. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we unfortunately don't have the ability to manually inspect every order for resolution, irregularities, or positioning. However, our editor does provide a warning in the form of an exclamation mark if the technical quality of a photo is not high enough.
Your satisfaction with your IXXI is important to us. Could you please send us an email (mail@ixxi.com) with a photo of the cards in question, your ordernumber and a brief description? We'd be happy to find a suitable solution.

Mooi en goede klantenservice, plakkers vielen tegen
Wij zijn blij met onze IXXI. Mooie print, mooie kleuren en stevig materiaal. Bij ontvangst zat er de verkeerde kleur plastic stukjes bij, dit is netjes opgelost door de klantenservice. Door zwarte na te sturen. Ik had onderzoek gedaan of ze ook goed plakken op ruwe tegels, door reviews te lezen van andere mensen. De plak kracht van de bijgevoegde plakkers viel ons enorm tegen. We hebben de IXXI opgehangen en het is uiteindelijk gelukt. Gelukkig hadden we extra plakstrips besteld.

Na een eerste fout wat betreft de kleur, belichting, kwaliteit van mijn foto,s. Is die samen met jullie hulp fantastisch op gelost. Eindelijk heb ik het nu op mijn muur bevestigd. In een woord Prachtig. Zo makkelijk en echt een eyecather!
Mijn schoondochter heeft een grote fotogalerij in kleur besteld...ok dat is echt een eyecather! Bedankt namens ons beide.

Bei meiner 4.Bestellung gab es tatsächlich das 1.mal eine kleine Unzufriedenheit meinerseits, welche jedoch vom Kundenservice ( danke Danielle ! ) sehr schnell, freundlich und kundenorientiert gelöst werden konnte. Ich kann IXXI aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen!

I got one as a present and i must say…
I got one as a present and i must say as much as i like the concept and the guidance, and the fact that everything was nice and tidy well explained in the box i had some disappointment when i finished it because the smaller designs are soooo pixelated the big illustration looks good but the smaller illustrations are just too pixelated so it seems like the design is just stretched way over his maximum capacity, as i find this are the absolute basics of graphic design so it got me a bit dissapointed.

Echt een aanrader...prachtig!!!
Het was even de vraag of de gewenste foto gebruikt kon worden. We hebben de foto gestuurd en er is met me meegedacht en ja, het lukte!!!
Nu hangt er een prachtige plaat in onze nieuwe badkamer, bedankt.

Ik heb een mooie afbeelding uit de Rijksmuseum 2.0 collectie. Erg blij mee. Alles was compleet en makkelijk te maken. Ook de ophang set was praktisch.
De ixxi uit de Rijksmuseum 2.0 collectie is een eyecatcher in de woonkamer.

Ben helemaal fan ! Nu al jarenlang.
Zowel grote posters als kleine laten maken met eigen foto’s en uit het assortiment. Handig op te hangen en te verwijderen.

A poster divided in parts.
Both the concept and the print quality are excellent.
However, I remain unconvinced. The outcome is similar to a poster that is fixed directly to the wall since it is printed on thin paper.
I believe that a more robust support for this system would produce greater results.

The IXXI cards are 0.3 mm thick and are made of Synaps. Synaps is a high-quality synthetic material that is water-resistant, tear-resistant, does not warp, and is resistant to UV light.
